Veganism is not simple. It demands a significant amount of self-discipline and perseverance to maintain the diet strictly. For years, vegan blogger Sonia Sae has been feeding her pet Fennec Fox “Jumanji” on a vegan diet.

Foxes, on the other hand, consume a wide range of foods. In the wild, they are accomplished hunters who prey on rabbits, rodents, birds, frogs, and earthworms in addition to rotting flesh. They aren’t entirely carnivorous, though. They also consume fruit and berries.

Imagine how the internet reacted when she fed her pet fox a vegan diet?

Her critics and fans have noted that by forcing her fox to forgo meat, Sonia has jeopardized the health of Jumanji. Sonia explained why she made Jumanji vegan in an interview with People. Someone was frightened after reading Sonia’s blog and informed her of the potential negative effects of doing so, like as making a fox go vegan.

Sonia would post images of Jumanji on her blogs. The animal appeared to be normal at first. However, new pictures of Jumanji reveal his condition to have deteriorated considerably. The poor fox appeared too thin and ill in the old photographs.

One user on Reddit pointed out why Jumanji shouldn’t be a vegan. Sonia persisted in posting photographs of her starving fox, despite the fact that one internet user said it was not a good idea.

Jumanji is having difficulty coping with his health problems as a result of his diet, according to one commenter named Alice. She said: “It was recently also discovered Jumanji is partially blind already, no doubt due to taurine deficiency from his diet of vegan cat food. He is experiencing hair loss (which she claims is an allergy), appears underweight, and from the videos provided on her Instagram last week, he is also lethargic for a fennec. He also lacks a digging area so his nose is rubbed red in some images, most likely due to digging in sheets, carpeting, and hard flooring. ”

However, Sonia probably still felt that she was not doing anything illegal. She refused to comply.

Jumanji’s condition worsened even more quickly based on Sonia’s photos. His hair was thinning and he was acquiring serious skin issues.

However, according to Damian Eddie, the owner of a vegan pet food firm, it is feasible to grow a fox on this type of diet. He said, “A reasonable thing to say to Sonia would be – how are you sure this is safe for the fox? Does she know the nutritional requirements of the fox and can she formulate a suitable diet?”

In a lengthy Facebook post, the actress fired back at her “haters,” continuing to stand by her belief that following a vegan diet for Jumanji is not causing him any issues, and some people just choose to be ignorant and do not accept the facts. She also claims that what she’s doing to Jumanji isn’t animal abuse.

The critics, on the other hand, are a little more optimistic. They contacted animal control authorities to inquire whether there was anything they could do to keep Sonia and Jumanji from being destroyed.

What about you? What do you think of Sonia’s vegan diet, which she is following for Jumanji?
