Fernando Torraca is in excellent shape, but how he got there is causing some controversy. He brands himself as The King of Diet on TikTok and shares videos of his grueling workouts and a daily diet that includes at least 100 chicken eggs. Some people are impressed by his dedication, while others think he’s taking things too far.

To say that people were shocked when Torraca revealed he eats more than a hundred eggs per day would be an understatement. disbelief was evident in the faces of TikTok users and others as they scrambled to comprehend how anyone could stomach that amount of eggs, let alone find enjoyment in consuming them daily. Surely he must grow tired of the taste! When asked about this, Torraca explained that while other foods may make him feel bad after eating them, eggs are the only food item that doesn’t have this effect on his body. Consequently, it’s essential for him to consume his required number every day to maintain muscle mass.

What are the consequences of eating 100 eggs every day? That’s what Florida fitness fanatic’s fans wanted to know after he went viral for sharing his bizarre diet on TikTok. Although he maintains his figure by consuming that many eggs, some people were concerned about potential health risks.

“Four hundred eggs, believe it or not, will last only four days,” he said on a video. In the video, he can be seen carrying a significant number of eggs into his house and unpacking them for his daily meal.

In a second egg-centric video, Torraca films himself separating the yolks from the whites. He wrote in the caption, “They say [steroids], but they don’t see my struggles,” he said in the clip. “It’s not easy eating 100 eggs daily.”

“They don’t know the truth. One hundred eggs per day,” he said in a third TikTok video, in which he pulls up his shirt to show off his toned abs.

Torraca doesn’t just focus on TikTok- he also creates content for YouTube. In one of his videos, he talked about how much he loves eggs. He said that they’re ‘fast to digest,’ so he likes to eat them throughout the day in small meals.

He consumes one hundred eggs every day over the span of five or more meals. Although he occasionally eats chicken and fish to add variety to his diet, he claims that these other proteins make him feel “bad” and “farting a lot.”

“My body doesn’t absorb that kind of protein. My body absorbs eggs really well. That’s why I eat a lot of eggs,” he continued. “When I eat chicken, I feel bloated. When I have gas, my belly looks like [I’m] six months pregnant. I don’t like it.”

Even though some people recommended that he purchase a bottle of egg whites, he would rather have regular eggs.

“The taste is different,” he said, “I don’t like that. I trust what I see. Real eggs.”
