A family in Minnesota was terrified after they started receiving strange letters from their neighbor.

One of the letters said that the family’s children looked delicious, and she wanted to taste them. The family stated that the letter made their stomach churn, and she was worried about the safety of her children.

The neighbor continued to send the family creepy letters. The neighbor also started to send the family creepy magazines. The family were even more frightened, and they refused to allow their children to play out in the yard. They later found out that the neighbor had been sending the letters to get the woman to stop letting her children to play outside.

They family reported the letters to the police. They found out that a woman named Carrie Pernula was the one who was sending the letters. Ty Schmidt, who is the Champlin Deputy Chief, stated that Carrie got tired of the kids leaving things in her yard.

She was also angry about the amount of noise that the children were making. Carrie admitted that she wanted to get back at the family because she was angry with the children.

However, she stated that she never wanted to hurt the children. Carrie was arrested and sent to jail, but she has been released. She shows how a seemingly harmless prank can get one arrested.
