On Monday, in the midst of Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, a woman held up a kid and yelled, ‘This infant is yours!’ at the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.

During a pause in the trial after Judge Penney Azcarate had departed, an unidentified woman’s fury startled everyone.

“Johnny, I love you! Our souls are connected,” the woman shouted while getting up with the baby.

Depp simply smiled and waved at her, as he has during several strange moments of the trial.

The mother then revealed the infant and claimed that Depp was the father as a deputy approached her.

The deputy escorted the woman out of the courtroom, removing her wristband, which gave her access to the trial.

The ruckus caused a stir in the courtroom, which had to be smoothed down.

The woman in question later claimed that she was joking, according to a Law & Crime reporter.

Monday’s first witness in Johnny Depp’s defamation suit against Heard was Dr. Richard Moore, an orthopedic surgeon based in North Carolina who specializes on hand surgery.

Moore claimed that Depp’s shattered finger, which he claims was caused by a fractured bottle Heard hurled at him while the pair were in Australia, was “inconsistent” with Depp’s previous comments.

Depp shot his eyebrows up and shook his head with disbelief.

During cross-examination, Depp’s counsel Camille Vasquez also went after Dr. Moore.

It was the first time she’s done this since her savage cross-examination of Amber Heard, which made her a legal phenomenon.

It was also announced Monday that Kate Moss will testify in court this week.

The British model, 48, who dated Sheen from 1994 to 1997, will be called to the stand on Wednesday following a referral by the actress.

A source told: ‘Amber mentioned an ex of Johnny’s that clearly she felt was not supportive of him, which couldn’t be further from the truth.’

Heard’s allegations, which mention Moss, might provide Depp’s legal team an opening to squash a rumor that he pushed the supermodel down the stairs when they were dating in the 1990s, according to experts.

Sources claim the allegation is untrue, and Moss actually supports her ex-boyfriend.

Benjamin Chew, Depp’s lawyer, could be seen fist-bumping and smiling when Heard said she understood Moss for the alleged event in the 1990s.

A witness for Heard added Monday that the actress only kept her role in Aquaman because its star, Jason Momoa, and the film’s director fought for her during Depp’s defamation case against the actress.

Heard’s witness Kathryn Arnold, a former Hollywood executive turned entertainment industry expert, took the stand. She assessed Depp’s charges for compensation in light of his lawyer’s words that her claims were a “hoax,” as well as Heard’s claim for monetary damages based on remarks from Depp’s lawyer.

The case dates back to when Heard sued Depp, claiming three counts of defamation and $50 million in compensation.

Amber Heard – who was married to the actor from 2015 to 2017 – is countersuing for $100 million.

In February 2019, after his ex-wife published an op-ed in the Washington Post that claimed to have cost him a substantial chunk of his career earnings, Depp sued her.

He said that as a result of her claims, he believes he may no longer act.

Heard wrote in the op-ed about becoming, “a public figure representing domestic abuse’ and ‘seeing, in real-time, how institutions protect men accused of abuse.”
