On Friday night, Sharon Osbourne had to be quickly taken away from the set of a show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California and hospitalized after she was overcome by illness. Many people are familiar with Mrs. Osbourne as an ex-co-host on The Talk and wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne. TMZ has reported from reliable sources that Sharon Osbourne became unwell while staying at an inn and was subsequently transported to a medical center for treatment. The Santa Paula Police Department confirmed the facts, revealing it “was not life-threatening” but rather an “unspecified medical emergency” instead.
The Ventura County Fire Department representative also confirmed that Osbourne had been taken to the hospital for further medical treatment.
Osbourne’s fans and peers are filled with trepidation as the specifics about her health have yet to be revealed. At the time of her illness, it remains unclear which show Osbourne was working on or if this episode is a result of her prior health issues. In December 2020, she had to be hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19 and in June 2021 disclosed that she contracted the virus once again through an Instagram post.
Ozzy and his daughter Kelly Osbourne both underwent a harrowing fight with the virus at the same time.
Despite her health woes in the past, Osbourne looked fantastic during a recent visit to Piers Morgan Uncensored. At the Dec 12 appearance, she shared her thoughts on Harry & Meghan, Netflix’s docuseries from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle about their lives post-royal exit.
