Witherspoon and Toth have been blessed with a ten-year-old son called Tennessee. The two were noted to only communicate when it came to family matters, while Toth was accused of not being in attendance on many meaningful dates and milestones within the relationship. It is no surprise that those close to the actress had noticed something amiss long before their official separation took place.
