When the average person looks at them, they begin to wonder if they’re somehow superheros. How can someone be that successful and busy yet still find time to sleep? For the longest time, celebrities touted how they were too busy to sleep.

They almost made it seem like skipping sleep was the trendy thing to do. Skipping sleep and boasting about it can negatively influence a person’s followers. Those followers begin to think they have to skip sleep in order to have time to accomplish everything they hope to. There is now an Instagram star who is switching things up and reminding everyone that sleeping is healthy, empowering, and essential for success.

It takes a combination of healthy eating, getting enough exercise, staying hydrated, and sleep. Many celebrities who are on Instagram use their platform to sell different products that help them live their best life.

They then try to inspire others to purchase those products. This is one of those rare times when a high-profile influencer isn’t trying to do any of that. She just wants people to know that she’s found something for her and that something is sleep.
