Tracy Tutor has a full life. As a working mother and professional woman, she must manage her time to stay competitive in business while still providing a pleasant atmosphere at home.

You should also be aware that she made history as the first female luxury real estate agent featured on Bravo’s popular program Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, becoming the first African-American woman to do so.

Tutor has been a Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills real estate agent for more than two decades, and she maintains her top position as one of the most successful brokers at Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills. Tutor isn’t only available 24 hours a day, but she’s also the hardworking mother of teenage girls.

Despite her accomplishments, Tutor has come under fire from some critics who claim that she may be too successful for a woman who “has it all.” She’s the perfect example of how to be a fantastic real estate agent while keeping it all together at home. Because she is able to balance family life and being a great real estate professional, although she went through a divorce from Jason Maltas in 2018, she remains in command of her life while facing difficulties.

Tutor is still facing prejudice as a successful woman, so Yahoo News got in touch with her ahead of the start of her reality show’s thirteenth season. They began by asking about her parenting techniques.

“I wouldn’t describe myself as a helicopter-type parent: When my kids were a lot younger, I was strict about manners and things like that, but as they’ve gotten older, they’re self-starters now,” Tutor stated.

Tutee also discussed how she is working to cultivate confident, self-reliant young women.

“I’m lucky because I innately operate as a feminist. The girls see me working as a divorced mom. It’s hard to raise young women today and give them the tools they need to become successful adults and not dependent on men. I wasn’t in that space when I had my daughters… and I found that once I had these little girls who looked up to me, my life shifted. I had to live without having to depend on someone for their entire existence and happiness.”

Tutor has been attacked by mom shamers for being too hot to be a mother. Here’s what she said:

“I hear that I’m too sexy to be a mom, that I work too hard… I get tons of shame. I had to look at my two daughters and really not let that creep in because I have two fabulous kids — not without their share of struggles. It’s not easy for a family to go through a separation, but their response to me made that noise go away. People are shocked that my daughters are high-functioning — it’s a feat in this town [laughs].”

When it comes to alone time, however, Tutor doesn’t get much of it.

“Just me, myself, and I? That’s rare if I’m being honest. But I do try to take little moments to take care of myself and do beauty stuff — I’m 46 years old, and I value taking care of my body. Doing an infrared sauna for an hour is my time. I take the time when I can to feel good — but I can’t say it’s frequent.”
