In a disturbing example of just how far the radical left is willing to go, a high school teacher in Maine unleashed a string of violent, hate-filled Facebook rants calling for the assassination of President Donald J. Trump and the mass killing of his supporters. And yes, she’s still employed—at least for now.

JoAnna St. Germain, an English teacher at Waterville High School, ignited national outrage after posting a series of unhinged public messages on Facebook starting May 1, openly encouraging the U.S. Secret Service to *“take out”* President Trump and his entire administration. The posts read less like political commentary and more like a domestic terror manifesto.

In her initial tirade, St. Germain directly addressed the Secret Service, writing: *“The Secret Service has the perfect opportunity, if they choose to step up and take it.”* She added, *“Take out every single person who supports Trump’s illegal, immoral, unconstitutional acts. Look at the sycophants and give them what they’re asking for.”*

This is not satire. A public school teacher responsible for shaping the minds of American youth advocated for a government hit squad to murder the sitting president and his cabinet.

But it gets worse.

St. Germain tried to justify her calls for bloodshed by claiming Trump was not a legitimate president—repeating the tired and debunked narrative that the 2024 election was “stolen.” She suggested that political assassination could “avoid a civil war,” and ominously wrote, *“If I had the skill set required, I would take them out myself.”*

And instead of backing down, she doubled down.

On May 2, St. Germain made it clear she has *“zero shame”* about her comments, saying, *“I’m not backtracking a single thing.”* She then went even further off the rails, declaring, *“I believe Trump and every sycophant he has surrounded himself with… needs to die.”*

Let’s be clear: this isn’t about free speech. This is a public school employee using her platform to call for political violence—and doing so with gleeful defiance. St. Germain even acknowledged she would likely be fired but called her threats *“speaking truth to power.”* She ended one of her posts with a charming *“F— you”* to anyone who dared disagree.

Despite the national firestorm, school officials have yet to confirm any disciplinary action. Which begs the question: how is this woman still employed? If a conservative teacher posted a fraction of this bile toward Joe Biden, they’d be out of a job—and likely facing federal charges—before the day was over.

This isn’t just another example of the two-tiered system we’ve come to expect from the radical left—it’s a flashing red warning sign of how deep the rot has gone in our institutions. A taxpayer-funded educator just called for the president’s death, and the woke establishment yawns.

Parents in Maine—and across the country—should be outraged. If the Left thinks this kind of violent, delusional rhetoric is acceptable in a classroom, it’s time to clean house in public education.

Enough is enough.
