If you like to eat fish, you’ve probably heard that there are some types that aren’t as healthy for the body as others. However, most types of seafood have an abundance of vitamins and a nutritional value that you can’t seem to get in other foods.

One of the foods that you want to stay away from is Tilapia. Researchers from the Wake Forest School of Medicine have found that the fish doesn’t have as many nutrients as other types.

It’s at the bottom of the list when it comes to the amount of omega-3 fatty acids it contains.

However, it does have a significant amount of omega-6 fatty acids. These are not what you want to put into the body.

The amount is higher than what you would find in a beef patty.

There is a compound in Tilapia called arachidonic acid. This compound is believed to cause Alzheimer’s as well as other diseases of that can affect the brain.

It also increases some of the inflammatory diseases in the body. There are some types of fish that can enhance the health of the brain, but this is one that can spark the cells that develop and should probably be avoided.
