Everyone, particularly kids, is always eager to go on roller coasters at amusement parks. We understand that there is a specific age and height requirement for each ride. This is done to ensure the safety of youngsters during these excursions.
Eisenbeis had been waiting years to reach the necessary height to ride Zehnder’s Splash Village’s biggest water slide in Frankenmuth, Michigan. This is a well-known attraction, and the little girl is counting down the days until she can try it out.
Tina, Londons mother, stated that she was ecstatic about the ride. London even gave her father a thumbs-up and a grin while going down the slide. She had an unexpected cardiac arrest while going down the slide due to excessive enthusiasm. Her rhythm went haywire as a result of her over-enthusiasm.
Nobody in London’s family knew that she had Long QT Syndrome.
This is a rare disease that may be deadly in certain situations. When triggered, individuals with this condition have rapid and chaotic heartbeats. This is a cardiac rhythm disorder that involves the repolarization of the heart after a heartbeat. As a result, the person will have an increased risk of developing palpitations, fainting, drowning, and even death as a result of an irregular heartbeat.
Symptoms usually appear in childhood. Parents should be on the lookout for unexplained fainting in their children. This occurs because the heart does not pump enough blood to the brain, which is why it isn’t pumping efficiently. The Long QT Syndrome persists even after treatment stops. Medications can assist with the condition. Still, it has the potential to cause sudden death, especially among younger people.
London’s heart stopped beating when she fell four stories, according to reports.
The 44-year-old mother said that her spouse revealed that the slide that London slid down had a heartbeat when you reach the top, making the fall even more frightening. “Who would have ever thought she would come out the bottom without one?”
While Young was walking home after seeing her family, she was ambushed by two girls and beaten to near death. She had been knocked unconscious twice before and ended up in the emergency room. On February 27th, she went into cardiac arrest for a second time. She was interred on March 3rd wearing the dress that she personally selected for her father-daughter dance.
After the terror attacks in London, the family began a non-profit organization called the London Strong Foundation to help raise money for emergency services. This group, which they dubbed after their daughter, is committed to offering defibrillators – a machine that can administer an electric shock to restart a heart rhythm – in its neighborhood.
Because while London was being restored, it did not include the usage of any defibrillator, they decided to start a campaign. They wanted to do something about the fact that when life arose in London, people didn’t have access to defibrillation. You must act fast in cases like these because time is of the essence. In seconds, you might lose a loved one.
Even after the death of their loved one, the family continues to want to tell London’s story in order to save another person from suffering. Tina stated, “You never know when it’s going to happen. You never think it’s going to happen to you and this is not a club you want to be part of.”
The family’s grief is compounded by the fact that their daughter was taken away from them so suddenly. The family urges everyone to treasure each and every moment spent with their loved ones.
