The battle for America’s borders has reached a boiling point—and at the center of the storm stands former ICE Director and Trump ally Tom Homan, who is now taking aim at far-left firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for what he calls “obstruction of federal law enforcement.”

During a no-holds-barred interview on *The Ingraham Angle* on February 14, Homan didn’t mince words. He called out Ocasio-Cortez’s so-called “Know Your Rights” webinar as nothing short of a manual for illegal aliens on how to evade federal immigration agents. The webinar, promoted by AOC and her activist allies, offered step-by-step guidance on avoiding ICE detection—an outrageous move that Homan says actively undermines U.S. immigration law and endangers American communities.

“Is that an impediment to law enforcement?” Homan asked during the segment. “I’m not a prosecutor, but I want the Department of Justice to tell me—at what point does this cross the legal line?” Homan confirmed he had already contacted Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, urging the DOJ to review whether AOC’s actions rise to the level of obstruction.

And he’s not backing down.

“I’m working with DOJ to find out where that line is,” Homan declared. “Because if it’s been crossed—and in my opinion, it has—then someone needs to be held accountable.”

Homan emphasized that this isn’t about politics—it’s about public safety. He blasted sanctuary city policies, calling them reckless and dangerous. “This is about community safety,” he said. “Releasing public safety threats back onto the streets is just stupid. It puts law enforcement, the public, and even illegal immigrants themselves at risk.”

For Homan, it’s simple: immigration law exists to protect Americans. But left-wing politicians like AOC would rather score political points than safeguard their own communities. As he put it, “If we have to take every federal dollar out of the city, we’re done playing games.”

The Biden administration may be content to turn a blind eye to illegal immigration, but Homan made it clear that patriots in law enforcement aren’t giving up. “If these liberal officials don’t want to cooperate, fine,” he said. “Step aside. We’re coming. President Trump is going to make our communities safer—whether the left likes it or not.”

AOC, for her part, responded in typical defiant fashion during a town hall in Queens, sounding more like a revolutionary activist than a sitting member of Congress. “Our rights are ‘use it or lose it,’” she ranted. “If they want to make it illegal, they can come take me.”

That kind of rhetoric might earn applause in radical activist circles, but for millions of law-abiding Americans, it’s yet another reminder of how dangerously out of touch today’s progressive Democrats have become.

As Tom Homan leads the charge to hold the left accountable for sabotaging border enforcement, the contrast couldn’t be clearer: law and order versus chaos, common sense versus woke extremism.

And the American people are watching.
