In yet another blatant example of Deep State collusion, a federal judge who recently blocked President Trump from deporting violent Venezuelan gang members is now exposed for helping bury Hillary Clinton’s infamous email scandal during the 2016 election.

Judge James Boasberg, already notorious in conservative circles for weaponizing the judiciary against America First policies, is now facing intense backlash after it was revealed that he intentionally delayed the release of Clinton’s emails in the lead-up to the 2016 presidential election—a move critics say was designed to shield Hillary from public scrutiny and protect the Democratic Party machine.

The bombshell dropped on March 26, 2025, when conservative influencer Nick Sotor posted the smoking gun on X, writing:
“🚨 WTF?! Judge Boasberg, the activist judge BLOCKING Trump from deporting violent gang members, intentionally DELAYED the release of Hillary Clinton’s emails until after the 2016 election. He’s also now ‘coincidentally’ presiding over the Signal case. This is RIGGED!”

Social media erupted. Americans, already fed up with two-tiered justice, saw the Boasberg bombshell as just another brick in the wall of institutional corruption. One user hit the nail on the head:
“Democrats are the enemy of justice. Democrats are the enemy of democracy.”

Others pointed out that Boasberg’s deep ties to left-wing influence go well beyond the courtroom. Former Speaker Newt Gingrich didn’t hold back either, calling Boasberg part of a “judicial coup d’état” designed to override the will of the people. Gingrich highlighted that 15 district judges have already issued nationwide injunctions against President Trump in just the first few weeks of his second term. That number is staggering — and troubling.

“Unelected lower-court judges have been steadily grabbing power for years,” Gingrich said, pointing out that during Trump’s first term, 92% of nationwide injunctions came from Democrat-appointed judges. It’s not just a coincidence. It’s a pattern — a weaponization of the bench.

Boasberg’s ruling to block Trump’s order deporting Venezuelan nationals — some with ties to criminal gangs — was just the latest attack on American sovereignty. And now we know: this same judge once helped protect Hillary Clinton from facing the consequences of mishandling classified information.
