Standing only four feet tall, the actor portrayed a variety of roles in both “Star Wars” and “Harry Potter.” He famously acted as an Ewok in 1983’s “Return of the Jedi” and also played a goblin in 2001’s “The Sorcerer’s Stone.” The impact these two films have had on audiences worldwide is undeniable, making this actor part of film history!

Last month, Grant opened up about his struggles in a candid interview outside of King’s Cross station. He confessed to recklessly spending the money he earned from “Star Wars” on drugs and sex workers, admitting it was time for him to put an end to drinking alcohol once and for all – that day being his final day ever imbibing.

On March 16th, 2023, Grant was tragically found unconscious outside of King’s Cross Station. Acting promptly and diligently to save his life, the police rushed him immediately to a nearby hospital.

On March 19th, Grant was determined to be brain dead at the hospital and his family sadly confirmed that he passed away on this day at 56 years of age. His three kids from his marriage with Janet Crowson will continue to honor him through their memories. Now, Stacey – one of Grant’s stepdaughters – is running a GoFundMe campaign in order for her father to have a meaningful farewell. Please support this cause if you are able; every donation helps!

Following the news of his passing, a wave of grief has swept across social media as people mourn the loss.

May you rest in eternal peace.
