Minnesota State Rep. Steve Drazkowski (R) has ignited a political firestorm after exposing what he calls the “receipts” on Rep. Ilhan Omar’s long history of alleged financial and legal misconduct. Accusing Omar of a laundry list of crimes—including tax fraud, immigration fraud, perjury, and even bigamy—Drazkowski is demanding accountability and calling for her arrest.
In a blistering speech, Drazkowski did not hold back, labeling Omar a “serial career criminal” who has no business holding a position of power—let alone having access to the nation’s highest intelligence. He also put the heat on another Minnesota Democrat, Rep. Angie Craig, urging her to open a congressional ethics investigation into Omar’s activities.
“I’m also asking Congresswoman Craig to initiate an ethics investigation into Congresswoman Omar because of questions about federal tax fraud, federal immigration fraud, federal student loan fraud, and state violations of perjury, bigamy, and kickbacks,” Drazkowski declared.
The allegations don’t stop at the Minnesota state line. Drazkowski claimed that Omar has engaged in campaign fraud and financial abuse across the country, listing locations such as Boston, Washington, New York, Chicago, and Florida. He also pointed out that the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board recently found her guilty of ethics violations related to speeches she gave at colleges where she held financial influence — a clear conflict of interest.
“She was found guilty of the violations by the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board three weeks ago and was ordered to return those funds on June 6,” he noted. “Ms. Omar appears to be a serial career criminal and should not have access to our nation’s highest secrets and intelligence.”
Drazkowski’s call for action highlights an issue that conservatives have long pointed out: the two-tiered justice system that protects corrupt Democrats while punishing ordinary Americans and political opponents.
“If these same charges had been brought against Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, the media would be demanding her resignation,” Drazkowski argued. “Instead, the Star Tribune gave Omar a free pass, saying she was simply ‘skirting the law.’”
His remarks quickly gained traction online, with conservative commentators demanding justice.
