Since the account has plenty of followers, over 5.3 million viewers saw the video once again. The person behind The Best Loved Nanny is Michele Garza. She encourages people who watch the videos she posts to model the behavior of Lizzie when they become nannies. She sees it as healthy and playful interaction between an employer and his nanny. Additionally, she doesn’t see anything wrong with it. Consequently, many viewers assumed Lizzie and Andrew were “flirting”. Others felt that Andrew was being more direct with her by “grooming” her. At the time of this video, the two were spending every day with each other.
Most people might expect the wife to be furious or at least uncomfortable about the nanny getting too close to her husband. But this is not the case at all. In fact, Rachel explains that how much she and Andrew adore Lizzie. She says they all enjoy joking around and that Lizzie is silly and strange.
