Nancy Pelosi is at it again. The former Speaker of the House delivered yet another embarrassing performance this week at the Voters of Tomorrow Summit in Washington, D.C.—a speech so incoherent that many viewers openly wondered if she had been drinking before taking the stage.

In a video now circulating on social media, the California Democrat fumbled through her remarks, slurred her words, lost her train of thought, and made several bizarre references to the Star-Spangled Banner that left the audience scratching their heads.

At one point, Pelosi struggled to string together a sentence, declaring, “And they cannot defend their actions letitgimately. So they’re trying to do it and brig it illillegitimately. Times found them to form a new ca…country, write a constitution, and the rest, thank God they made it amendable.”

From there, her speech only grew more incoherent. Attempting to reference Abraham Lincoln and the national anthem, Pelosi rambled, “And now the Times found Lincoln, then found Lincoln to save that country, the unity of that country. And now the times have sick. Found all of us. And my favorite line in the in the anthem is proof through the night that our flag was still there.”

The confused monologue continued with even more nonsensical phrasing: “Truth through the proof, proof with the P… proof through the night. Well, we all not like he’s gone too far. They have stricken, they have hid out at our our national our democracy.”

Critics immediately seized on the bizarre display, calling it yet another sign of Pelosi’s rumored long-standing alcohol problem. As Breitbart reported weeks ago, similar questions were raised after Pelosi lavished praise on President Biden in a separate interview, slurring her words so badly that many claimed she appeared “drunk again.”

Adding insult to injury, Pelosi has spent years mocking President Trump’s mental fitness while hailing Biden as a “super patriot” on par with Lyndon Johnson and Franklin D. Roosevelt. At the same summit, she once again smeared Trump as “not of sane mind,” citing his willingness to call out Obama’s alleged corruption.

In contrast, Pelosi bizarrely praised Biden as a historic leader: “He accomplished remarkable things in a two-year period where we had the majority… He had accomplishments that were seen in the same light as LBJ and Franklin Roosevelt… history will treat him well because he did great things for our country. Super patriot, loved America, honored our Constitution.”

The irony was not lost on viewers. While Pelosi painted Biden as a modern FDR, she could barely get through a single paragraph without stumbling over her own words. One social media user sarcastically joked, “Nancy Pelosi is one of the most gifted orators of our time. Maybe she speaks in slurred riddles, but it’s up to us to see the wisdom in her words.”

For Republicans, the video is yet another reminder of how out-of-touch the Democratic leadership has become—led by figures who can barely make it through a public speech without raising questions about their own mental and physical fitness. Pelosi may continue to prop up Biden as a “super patriot,” but the reality is this: both of them look more like symbols of a party in decline than leaders of the future.
