A bombshell revelation is gaining new traction, and it paints a damning picture of how the Obama-era Department of Justice allegedly ran cover for Hillary Clinton during the infamous email scandal. The deep state’s protection racket appears to have been in full swing, with new evidence exposing how top officials at the DOJ ordered the FBI to stand down—barring any charges against Clinton for what many believe was blatant criminal mishandling of classified information.

Though the explosive testimony from former FBI attorney Lisa Page surfaced last year, it’s making headlines again thanks to conservative firebrand Charlie Kirk, who reposted the segment June 1. In his viral X post, Kirk said bluntly, “🚨 The FBI and the DOJ were ordered by Barack Obama not to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage in violation of — 18 U.S. Code § 793… Barack Obama effectively served as Hillary Clinton’s personal lawyer.”

This follows a resurfaced clip from Fox News’ Bret Baier, where he recounted Lisa Page’s under-oath admission that the DOJ explicitly instructed the FBI not to pursue Clinton under the gross negligence clause of the Espionage Act—despite mountains of evidence that she mishandled classified materials.

“During closed-door testimony,” Baier reported, “former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said the Obama administration’s Justice Department advised the FBI not to pursue the gross negligence statute for Hillary Clinton.” The directive came straight from the top. In Page’s own words: “That is correct,” when asked whether the DOJ told them not to charge Clinton.

This stunning testimony completely undermines former FBI Director James Comey’s July 2016 claim that no “reasonable prosecutor” would bring charges. In reality, it appears the FBI was handcuffed by Obama’s DOJ, not acting independently.

And that’s not all. Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe confirmed to Kirk that Lisa Page admitted under oath the DOJ instructed the FBI to steer clear of charging Clinton under 18 U.S.C. § 793—the very statute she may have violated.

As if the cover-up weren’t bad enough, Kash Patel, former chief of staff to the acting Secretary of Defense and a key player in unraveling the Russiagate hoax, joined Fox News in May to drop more truth bombs. “The FBI hijacked the constitutional responsibility of the Department of Justice,” Patel explained. “James Comey and others decided what cases to prosecute and what to bury.”

Patel didn’t stop there. Drawing attention to the FBI’s political persecution of President Trump through the Crossfire Hurricane operation, he detailed how the agency weaponized the FISA process, lied to the American public, and hid exculpatory evidence to keep the Trump-Russia hoax alive.

“They put documents in rooms people weren’t supposed to look in,” Patel said. “That’s how vindictive and vicious the former leadership structure here was.”

Now, with Attorney General Pam Bondi leading the charge, a new era of transparency may be coming. “It’s a good thing we’re here now to clean it up,” Patel promised. “You’re about to see a wave of transparency… just give us about a week or two.”

Bottom line? The Obama DOJ wasn’t just biased—it may have interfered in justice to protect Hillary Clinton, while at the same time weaponizing federal agencies to take down Donald Trump. Conservatives were right to sound the alarm—and the receipts are finally coming due.
