Ron Jeremy is a well-known adult film star. While he has made a name for himself in the past, he is now faced with up to 250 years in prison. Ron Jeremy faces prison if convicted of countless sex crimes that he has been accused of recently. Police recently completed a search of his house after many women disclosed to Jeremy of acts of rape and sexual assault. Police officers acquired a warrant from a judge in Los Angeles and found his home to be filthy; the house was infested with cockroaches and trash. Previous visitors and victims of Ron Jeremy’s home stated that they were shocked by the state of his home.
Because Jeremy is a famous actor, guests expected the home to be well kept. However, this was not the case. One victim noted that she “honestly thought he was on that show Hoarders” due to the state of his home. Women who had entered the home also noted that Ron Jeremy had porn memorabilia filling his home, as well as plants growing on the floors in his kitchen. In their search, police noted the same level of mess. Police hoped to find evidence in his home that Jeremy was guilty of the acts he had been accused of by the women. Police and detectives hoped to find pictures or handwritten notes that would allude to Jeremy being guilty of these crimes. Police were specifically looking for notes written on napkins regarding his plans for victims as well as notes regarding what Jeremy had done to those he had allegedly assaulted. The search warrant also sought to find hard copy photographs of victims, as well as computers and cell phones.
Ron Jeremy’s accusations have increased over time. Recently, new allegations were brought forth, accusing Jeremy of five counts of forcible rape, three counts of forcible oral copulation, as well as six counts of sexual battery with a minor. In looking at the totality of these numerous charges, Jeremy is looking at 28 counts of sexual violence. It is obvious that these are serious charges. Based on the severity and number of charges, Ron Jeremy faces up to 250 years in prison if he is convicted in court of these heinous crimes.
While there is evidence linking up of Ron Jeremy’s crimes, the actor is on the defense. Ron Jeremy has publicly stated that he is innocent and has not committed any of the crimes with which he is being charged. Jeremy posted to his public Twitter account, “I am innocent of all charges. I can’t wait to prove my innocence in court! Thank you to everyone for all the support.” Ron Jeremy has not come out with any statement of guilt or plans for prosecution.
