Mexican OnlyFans model Karely Ruiz wanted to thank her loyal followers. Because she had more than three million followers on a subscription platform known for adult entertainment content and racy photos and videos, Ruiz decided to run a contest in which she would provide free liposuction treatments with a value of up to $10,000 depending on the location.

Although the OnlyFans strategy’s extravagant gift to an unyielding fan would soon take a dramatic turn, no one saw it coming.

“Since I have already reached 3 million followers on Instagram and they have already verified me, I am going to give away a lipo for all my precious, beautiful girls so that you can look really hot,” Ruiz said on TikTok. “I’ll leave it here. Comment if you have (not) already done so.”

By utilizing technology across various platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans, Ruiz has been able to Internet model herself into a lucrative career. Out of all the people willing to pay for content creators, Ruiz is successful because she is smart while still being quick and attractive.

As Ruiz was scrolling through her followers’ responses to her promotion, she got a surprise. While many people were eager to get the free liposuction procedure, one woman stuck out to her for asking something else.

TikTok follower and mother in need, Johana Herrera, had a son Sebastián who was fighting Ewing’s sarcoma- a rare type of cancer. The procedure he needed cost nearly as much as liposuction surgery.

“Karely, I don’t want (a) lipo. I want you to give me a chemo for my son Sebas, who is 17 years old, and I will take him to (Monterrey) for his treatment. We are from Torreón,” Sebastián Herrera’s mom said.

Herrera’s cancer is a type that attacks the bone and surrounding soft tissue. Although it is rare, when it does occur, children and teenagers are usually the victims, making Herrera an easy target for the disease.

Ruiz realized that she could assist a young man in his battle against cancer. Instead of auctioning off a liposuction procedure to one of her many female fans, she wanted to help Herrera receive the treatment he needed, so he could live another day.

“It’s an opportunity for Sebastián. He wants to live,” his mother posted on TikTok.

Ruiz felt strongly about helping the boy, so she responded back, “And we’ll give it to him.”

On May 26, 2022, Ruiz took a break from her busy modeling career to visit Herrera and his mother. While standing with Herrara and his family, Ruiz promised she would pay for the teen’s remaining four treatments, which cost $19000.

Afterward, she took the teenager to the mall and indulged him in a shopping spree. He walked away with a brand-new Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5.

Ruiz is not only beautiful, but she’s also a kind person with a good heart.
