In yet another unprecedented scandal from the Biden administration, Joe Biden’s last-minute flurry of pardons—particularly his sweeping, legally dubious pardon of his son, Hunter Biden—has sparked outrage and legal challenges. These pardons, signed in the final days of Biden’s presidency, are raising serious questions about their legitimacy, with critics arguing they may not even hold up in court.

Unlike traditional presidential pardons, which typically apply to specific crimes, Biden granted Hunter Biden a blanket pardon covering an entire ten-year period—an extraordinary move that many legal experts are calling unconstitutional. Even more damning, reports have revealed that the documents were not signed by Biden himself but rather by an Autopen machine, casting further doubt on their validity.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, has been among the most vocal critics of Biden’s eleventh-hour pardons. He slammed the move, calling it unprecedented in history for its sweeping nature and lack of specificity.

“We’ve had President Biden perform to the low expectations for ethics that he has so specialized in by granting a pardon to his son Hunter Biden,” Fitton said. “Joe Biden issued this pardon last night, basically pardoning Hunter for not only the specific charges for which he was prosecuted and pled guilty but also … for any other crimes he may have committed or not committed. Who knows, in the last 10 years?”

Fitton went even further, questioning whether such a broad pardon is even legally enforceable.

“Broad pardons like this are constitutionally suspect and may not be enforceable,” he added.

He reiterated this message in a scathing post on X:

“President Biden arguably overstepped his constitutional authority by issuing an unusual blanket pardon to Hunter Biden for any and all offenses (known and unknown) for a ten-year time period (up until yesterday!).”

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump isn’t standing by as Biden’s corruption goes unchecked. In a powerful Truth Social post on March 17, Trump officially declared Biden’s pardons void, citing the use of an Autopen machine instead of a genuine signature from the president himself.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump wrote.

Trump then pointed out the shocking implications of Biden’s lack of involvement in the pardons.

“In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary pardoning documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”

Trump didn’t stop there—he called for a full investigation into who exactly was responsible for the pardons. He specifically took aim at the corrupt and discredited January 6th Unselect Committee, which conveniently deleted all its records before Republicans could investigate its witch hunt against him.

“Those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two-year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” Trump warned.

“The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

Biden’s last-minute corruption spree is far from settled. If these blanket pardons are as legally dubious as experts claim, Hunter Biden and others could still face prosecution. And if Biden wasn’t even aware of the pardons issued in his name, serious crimes may have been committed by those who orchestrated this cover-up.

The Biden administration may have thought it could pull one final con on the American people, but Trump and legal experts are making sure this scandal doesn’t get swept under the rug.
