When Kathy McCollum received word that her son, Marine Rylee McCollum, was killed as a result of a bombing in Afghanistan, she started blaming Democrats in office. Her focus was blaming President Biden, slamming him by stating that he is a “dementia-ridden piece of crap.” Kathy’s son was among the 13 military members who were killed. She expressed her anger while giving an interview on the radio only days after she found out that he had died.

During the interview, Kathy placed blame on those who voted for President Biden and other democrats. One of the details that she stressed was that her son died in vain because of the actions of the Biden administration and the way that troops pulled out of Afghanistan. She went on to talk about how the killing might not have happened if Trump was still in office.

Kathy McCollum is hurt over losing her son, and she didn’t think that he would go to another country and die while defending the United States. The goal was to pull the troops out of the country by the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. However, the withdrawal should have been handled in a different manner as there is now blood on the hands of those in the administration.
