One former FedEx employee boasted in a viral TikTok video that he would not deliver packages to customers with any of the following flags in their yards: Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, or Black Lives Matter. Paterno, a 39-year-old driver for the company, made it his personal goal not to fulfill deliveries to homes displaying support for President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, or the Black Lives Matter movement.

On September 16, 2021, a video in which Joe Paterno was delivering FedEx packages inside a vehicle while wearing his police uniform went viral on TikTok. The video is filled with obscenities and other profanity that cannot be reprinted fully here.

“What’s up TikTok,” Paterno said. “Just wanted to come on here and let all you know, if you don’t have a flag in front of your house, and if you have a Joe Biden, Kamala f***ing camel toe posted up in front of your house, Black Lives Matter — I will not deliver your s**t.”

The driver, who was discovered to have refused service to customers that openly advertised their liberal agenda, confessed that he will not do his job if he sees a flag on someone’s property that he doesn’t personally agree with.

“I will not deliver your s***,” he stated, making it clear his view on Biden or Harris. “I will bring that back to the station, and I will keep doing that s***. Have a good day.”

Paterno’s bragging about not doing his job on the Chinese platform caught the attention of FedEx leaders and resulted in a lot of views.

A FedEx spokesperson told TooFab about the problem and how they planned to respond to Paterno’s behavior.

“We are appalled by the behavior depicted in this video, which does not reflect the views of FedEx,” the spokesperson stated. “This individual is no longer providing service on behalf of the company.”

Paterno responded by making another video on Tik Tok, this time turning the camera on himself. In this follow-up video, he explained that his employer had not fired him, as they were already planning to quit working for FedEx later this month. He even showed a text message that he sent on September 13th explaining how he planned to leave.

However, Paterno may be charged with a criminal offense for failing to deliver packages to their owners. It’s a felony under 18 U.S. Code 1708 to obstruct the delivery of mail. As a result, certain TikTok users are urging Paterno to watch out because law enforcement investigators could be descending on him at any time.

One person tagged the FBI and posted, “this man just admitted to withholding mail over political beliefs.”

Another said: “That’s literally a crime?”

Many people rely on FedEx to deliver their medication and other vital goods, so critics said that Paterno putting the public in danger was a distinct possibility.

“Some people get medicine delivered, including lifesaving medicine or medical devices. You could be hurting people,” one person said.

Another stated: “I want a felony charge and jail time. People get medicine delivered to them. I want him arrested.”
