In what could become a defining legal showdown of the post-Biden era, the Department of Justice has launched an explosive investigation into a slew of last-minute pardons issued during Joe Biden’s final days in office—pardons that may not have even been signed by the president himself.

According to a new report, DOJ Pardon Attorney Ed Martin is now formally investigating whether dozens of these controversial pardons—some potentially benefiting Biden allies like Hunter Biden, Liz Cheney, and Dr. Anthony Fauci—were rubber-stamped using an *autopen*, a mechanical device that can duplicate a signature without the signer’s direct involvement.

If proven true, the legal implications are massive. These pardons may not only be invalid—they may have been part of a coordinated, behind-the-scenes effort to shield key figures of the Biden administration from future prosecution. And with President Trump already declaring the pardons “VOID” on Truth Social, momentum is growing on the Right to hold corrupt actors accountable.

Martin, who once served as interim U.S. Attorney for D.C. before RINO opposition in the Senate derailed his confirmation, is now spearheading Attorney General Pam Bondi’s “weaponization of government” task force. He’s not pulling punches. At a press conference on May 13, Martin said the pardons “need scrutiny,” and hinted they could be completely thrown out.

“We want pardons to matter,” Martin declared. “If they’re null and void, I’m not sure how that operates, but I can tell you we’ve already been looking at some of the conduct surrounding the Biden White House’s actions.”

Translation? Biden’s handlers may have rushed through a flurry of blanket pardons—some going back 14 years—to protect their political allies. And they may have done it without even letting Biden read the documents, much less sign them.

“If they can be charged, we’ll charge them,” Martin said of those covered by the suspicious pardons. “If not, we’ll name them. And in a culture that respects shame, they should be people that are shamed.”

That kind of accountability has been sorely missing in Washington. But now, thanks to oversight from groups like the Heritage Foundation and patriots like Martin, sunlight may finally reach the darkest corners of Biden’s final acts in office.

Appearing on the Vince Coglianese Show, Martin added, “I’ve never seen pardons of this scope. It looks like they could be corrupt… they were so specific, covering everything.”

President Trump, never one to mince words, hammered the scandal on Truth Social:

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT… Joe Biden did not sign them… he knew nothing about them!”

Trump also hinted at broader accountability, especially for members of the partisan January 6 Committee, saying they should “fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”

The stakes couldn’t be higher. If Biden’s final act was to shield his political allies with forged pardons, the American people deserve to know. And this time, justice might finally catch up with the so-called “public servants” who spent years weaponizing power against everyday Americans.

Stay tuned. The Biden pardon scandal is only just beginning.
