According to a new report, DOJ Pardon Attorney Ed Martin is now formally investigating whether dozens of these controversial pardons—some potentially benefiting Biden allies like Hunter Biden, Liz Cheney, and Dr. Anthony Fauci—were rubber-stamped using an *autopen*, a mechanical device that can duplicate a signature without the signer’s direct involvement.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT… Joe Biden did not sign them… he knew nothing about them!”
Trump also hinted at broader accountability, especially for members of the partisan January 6 Committee, saying they should “fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”
