In a rare moment of truth piercing the left-wing fog of CNN, former Trump Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins delivered a masterclass on economic patriotism — and left liberal host Jake Tapper visibly rattled. Appearing on “State of the Union” this past Sunday, Rollins made one thing clear: President Trump’s America First economic plan is already working — and foreign countries are scrambling to the negotiating table.

Less than a week after President Trump rolled out his new tariffs aimed at revitalizing American industry and punishing foreign freeloaders, Rollins laid out the facts the media doesn’t want to admit: Trump is winning. Quickly.

“I think it’s really important to realize that last Wednesday was when the president announced this new American order,” Rollins began. “We’re now two days in… and you’ve got dozens of countries already coming to the table.”

That’s right. Two days into Trump’s tariff strategy, and more than 50 countries are already begging to negotiate. The reason? For once, America is playing hardball — and it’s working.

Rollins went on to explain the core of Trump’s economic philosophy: rebuild the American economy around American workers. “This whole concept is about rebuilding an American economy around American goods, around American industry,” she said, driving home a message that resonates with the working men and women who’ve been left behind by globalist trade policies.

And the hypocrisy of the international trade system? Rollins exposed that too. “We already live under a tariff regime,” she said, “but it’s the tariff regime of China, of Mexico, of Brazil, of Australia — countries that won’t take our corn, our beef, our pork.” She revealed the absurd truth that tiny Honduras imports more American pork than the entire European Union.

So while leftist media outlets whine about “trade wars” and “economic isolation,” Trump is simply leveling the playing field. And it’s long overdue.

“For our farmers and ranchers — which is my focus — it is time for a change,” Rollins said bluntly. “That’s what this president evoked last Wednesday.” And she’s right. The days of American workers getting the short end of the stick while China and the EU profit from our generosity are over.

As Rollins pointed out, more than four dozen countries are already showing signs of retreat — eager to strike deals before the tariffs bite harder. That’s not failure — that’s leverage.

“We are the economic engine of the world,” she concluded. “And it’s finally time that someone — President Trump — stood up for America.”

Even CNN, usually a safe space for anti-Trump spin, couldn’t hide the panic in Tapper’s eyes as Rollins dismantled the globalist narrative in real time.

For years, the left told us tariffs would destroy the economy. They were wrong. Trump told us he’d bring countries to heel and bring industries back home. He was right. And now, the results are speaking for themselves — loud and clear.

Watch out, globalists. Trump’s back, and this time, he’s not playing nice.
