In yet another example of just how far off the rails the modern Democratic Party has gone, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) launched into an unhinged rant during a recent interview, bashing President Trump’s mental fitness and praising Joe Biden as a “Super Patriot” and one of the greatest presidents in history. Yes, really.
The clip quickly made its way onto social media, where conservatives wasted no time pointing out the obvious: Pelosi’s remarks were nothing short of delusional — and quite possibly fueled by more than just partisanship.
Pelosi, long known for her far-left antics and lavish lifestyle, tried to smear President Trump by suggesting he is mentally unstable. “If they want to mention mental acuity or sanity,” Pelosi said, referring to Republicans, “they better look to their own president because the president of the United States, who is asked one question and answers by saying ‘President Obama is guilty of treason,’ he’s not of sane mind.”
Ironically, she said this while defending a president who often struggles to finish a sentence, forgets names of world leaders, and regularly wanders off mid-speech. But Pelosi wasn’t done embarrassing herself.
In a fawning attempt to rewrite history, Pelosi called Biden a “great president” whose accomplishments were on par with Lyndon B. Johnson and Franklin Roosevelt. “He had accomplishments that were seen in the same light as LBJ and Franklin Roosevelt,” she gushed. “He didn’t have as long a tenure as they did, but he had the quality of legislation to make a difference in people’s lives.”
Apparently, record-high inflation, rising crime, open borders, and two proxy wars now qualify as presidential greatness in Pelosi’s alternate universe.
She capped off the surreal performance by calling Biden a “super patriot” and claimed he “honored our Constitution”—a laughable statement from someone defending an administration that routinely weaponizes federal agencies against political opponents and attempts to silence dissent through Big Tech collusion.
The internet reacted exactly as you’d expect.
One user wrote, “Pelosi calling anyone insane while backing Biden is pure comedy.” Another added, “Nancy Pelosi talking about sanity is like Hunter Biden talking about sobriety.”
The backlash wasn’t just about the insanity of her claims—it was also about Pelosi’s tone-deaf hypocrisy. One comment pointed out, “She’d praise a cactus if it signed more checks for Ukraine.” Another quipped, “She’s the last person to talk about sanity while defending a guy who can’t finish a sentence.”

If anything, Pelosi’s rant underscores what many Americans already suspect: the Democrat establishment is out of touch, clinging to power, and desperate to prop up a failing presidency. Calling Biden “great” and Trump “insane” isn’t just bad analysis—it’s gaslighting on a national scale.
