For one Missouri-based doomsday prepper, Donald Trump’s historic victory isn’t just a political win—it’s a lifeline for America’s future. Rowan MacKenzie, 40, who has spent the last 13 years and a staggering $350,000 preparing for societal collapse, says the Republican president-elect’s return to office means she can pause her exhaustive stockpiling efforts.

“I am so grateful Trump has won,” MacKenzie told *What’s The Jam*. “He’s what’s best for America, as he is going to bring us out of the darkness and save us all.”

MacKenzie, a self-described “die-hard Trump supporter,” has devoted over a decade to building an arsenal of emergency supplies. Her stash includes canned food, bottled water, medical equipment, and a collection of firearms to defend her rural property, which also houses a flock of chickens.

While her prepping efforts have earned her media attention in the past—most notably for a secret bunker packed with supplies—MacKenzie says Trump’s win brings her and many in the prepping community a sense of relief.

“For many preppers, his return signifies potential changes in domestic policies and global tensions that will decrease the need for rushed stockpiling,” she explained.

Trump’s leadership, she believes, will steer America toward peace and prosperity, reversing the policies of previous administrations that left many feeling vulnerable and uncertain about the nation’s future.

“I know a large majority of Americans feel the same way,” MacKenzie said. “Trump is an amazing human being who will bring us out of the darkness.”

However, the seasoned prepper acknowledges that even the most competent leader can’t prevent every crisis. Natural disasters and unforeseen conflicts remain a possibility, and she plans to keep her stockpile intact—just in case.

“America is still very much at risk for wars and natural disasters, as that will never go away,” MacKenzie admitted. “But Trump’s win means we can take somewhat of a break.”

MacKenzie’s preparations go far beyond canned goods and bottled water. In 2022, she revealed the intricate details of her emergency bunker, complete with ample weaponry. “The No. 1 must for any bunker is defense,” she said. “I highly recommend having a few guns and knives in your bunker at all times, along with ample amounts of ammunition.”

Her practical yet steadfast approach to preparedness has made her a symbol of self-reliance in a turbulent world. But now, with Trump back in the Oval Office, MacKenzie believes a brighter future is on the horizon.

Trump’s leadership, she says, represents a return to strength, stability, and commonsense policies. For MacKenzie, and many Americans like her, that means a little less anxiety about the future—and a lot more hope.

“Trump’s victory is a sign that the American people are ready to rebuild, to thrive, and to focus on what really matters,” MacKenzie said. “It’s a new day for our country, and I couldn’t be happier.”
