In yet another disgraceful display of unhinged far-left rage, a mob of radical protestors descended on Turning Point USA’s *Student Action Summit* in Tampa Bay this weekend, attempting to intimidate conservative students, vilify law enforcement, and sabotage one of the nation’s most powerful gatherings of young patriots.

But despite their chants, chaos, and childish antics, the conservative movement stood strong.

On July 12, outside the Tampa Convention Center, hundreds of left-wing agitators—led by the extremist group Tampa Bay Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)—gathered to scream anti-American slogans and hurl vitriol at attendees of the conference. Their target? Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), law and order, and anyone who dares stand up for national sovereignty.

Their deranged chants of “TPD, KKK, ICE — they’re all the same!” echoed the radical rhetoric we’ve come to expect from the militant Left. Many carried vulgar signs that read “TP for the USA: When history gets messy, FLUSH IT,” and “No ICE on Campus!”—an ironic demand from the same crowd that wants open borders and sanctuary campuses for illegal immigrants.

It didn’t take long for the leftist tantrum to escalate. According to *Fox News*, at least one protester ended up bloodied on the pavement after clashing with attendees—forcing police to step in and restore order. While liberal outlets tried to downplay the incident, eyewitness accounts confirm that the mob was anything but “peaceful.”

And of course, no far-left protest is complete without a sideshow of whining over “attacks on education.” One activist, Oliver Cheese, launched into a fact-free tirade against President Trump, blaming him for budget decisions made years ago and claiming without evidence that ICE is raiding college dorms—another fantasy meant to fuel fear and division.

Inside the event, the contrast couldn’t have been more stark.

While the protesters melted down in the streets, young conservatives were inspired by a powerful lineup of speakers, including Secretary Pete Hegseth and Trump’s legendary border czar, Tom Homan. But even on stage, the Left tried to disrupt the event. One heckler attempted to shout down Homan with a juvenile insult about MS-13. Big mistake.

Homan, never one to back down, fired back: “This guy wouldn’t know what it’s like to serve this nation. He hasn’t got the balls to be a border patrol agent.”

Then, in classic Homan fashion, he doubled down: “This guy lives in his mother’s basement. The only thing that surprised me is \[he] doesn’t have purple hair and a nose ring. Get out of here, you loser.”

The crowd roared. And just like that, another leftist stunt crumbled under the weight of truth and toughness.

What the radical Left doesn’t understand is this: the more they shout, scream, and swing signs, the stronger the conservative movement becomes. These young patriots are not intimidated. If anything, they’re more energized than ever.

America’s future doesn’t belong to purple-haired protestors yelling about ICE. It belongs to bold young leaders who are proud of their country—and aren’t afraid to fight for it.
