President Donald Trump just notched one of his biggest legal victories yet — and one that millions of conservatives have long believed was inevitable. The Georgia election-interference case, launched by disgraced Fulton County DA Fani Willis and her taxpayer-funded boyfriend, has officially been tossed out. Completely. Permanently.
The man who took over after Willis was disqualified — Pete Skandalakis, a respected, nonpartisan prosecutor — reviewed the case and reached the conclusion MAGA has been shouting for years: the prosecution was a political stunt, not a pursuit of justice. He formally asked the court to shut it down, explaining, “In my professional judgment, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years.”
Judge Scott McAfee agreed without hesitation. In a brief, brutal ruling, he wrote: “This case is hereby dismissed in its entirety.” And just like that, the Fulton County circus is over.
The Willis–Wade Scandal That Blew Up Her Case
Willis’ downfall was as embarrassing as it was predictable. The woman who styled herself as the fearless prosecutor who would “get Trump” was exposed for carrying on an affair with special prosecutor Nathan Wade — a man she secretly paid with public funds while enjoying romantic Caribbean cruises, luxury vacations, and lavish getaways with him.
The corruption was so blatant that the court had no choice: Willis and Wade were removed from the case after it became clear they abused their offices for personal gain and gave the entire prosecution the stench of political revenge.
Once their scheme was exposed, the case started collapsing under its own partisan weight.
Trump Celebrates Total Vindication
President Trump wasted no time taking a well-deserved victory lap on Truth Social:
“BREAKING NEWS! LAW and JUSTICE have prevailed in the Great State of Georgia… the corrupt Fani Willis Witch Hunt against me… has been DISMISSED in its entirety.”
He then shredded Willis, Wade, and the Biden White House for orchestrating the failed political hit job:
* Willis “Illegally hired her boyfriend”
* Wade was “completely inexperienced”
* Their affair included “record-setting Caribbean cruises”
* They operated under orders from “Crooked Joe Biden and his handlers”
Trump didn’t stop there. He reminded Americans of why the political elite were so desperate to prosecute him in the first place:
“The 2020 Election WAS RIGGED AND STOLEN.”
He credited the MAGA movement’s resilience for defeating both the legal onslaught and the political machine behind it:
“We have fought back and won… with our Historic, Country-saving, Landslide Victory of November 5, 2024.”
A Message to the Remaining Witch Hunts
Trump concluded with a warning that should make every remaining partisan prosecutor nervous:
“The few remaining Democrat Witch Hunts will soon meet the same embarrassing end.”
This wasn’t just a courtroom win — it was a turning point. A prosecutor weaponized her office, abused taxpayer funds, carried on an illicit affair with the man she paid to target Trump, and still failed to dent the MAGA movement. The case collapsed under corruption, misconduct, and the raw political ambitions of its architects.
Trump walks away stronger than ever.
Fani Willis walks away disgraced.
And the American people just saw — once again — that the lawfare campaign against Trump is crumbling.
MAGA was right. Again.
