President Donald J. Trump isn’t mincing words when it comes to the latest round of media hysteria over the Epstein files. In a candid exchange with a reporter, Trump torched the so-called revelations as nothing more than a “hoax” engineered by his political enemies — the same failed establishment figures who have spent years trying to destroy him.

“This was run by the worst scum on Earth,” Trump declared, pointing to disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and yes, Joe Biden himself. “If they had anything real, they would have used it against me years ago. The fact they didn’t tells you everything you need to know.”

Trump’s point is simple and devastating: the very people who have tried everything from Russia-gate to sham impeachments had complete access to these files during his presidency and Biden’s. If they had even a shred of credible evidence against him, the media would have been running wall-to-wall coverage nonstop. Instead, all they’ve managed to muster is innuendo, recycled rumors, and now a bizarre claim about a “hand-drawn card.”

The Wall Street Journal recently alleged Trump once sent Epstein a card with a drawing on it. Trump laughed off the claim as absurd. “I’m not a drawing person,” he said bluntly. “Sometimes I’ll sketch a roofline for a charity auction, but I don’t draw women. I don’t do drawings. That’s ridiculous.”

What the media won’t emphasize is Trump’s long and public break with Epstein. Years ago, Trump famously cut ties with him after Epstein attempted to poach one of his staffers. “He did something inappropriate,” Trump said, adding that from that point forward, “for years, I wouldn’t talk to Jeffrey Epstein.”

Instead of obsessing over Trump, the media might want to focus on the people who actually did spend time on Epstein’s notorious island. Trump was crystal clear: “I never went to the island. Bill Clinton went there, supposedly, 28 times.” He went further, pointing out other prominent names like Larry Summers, the former president of Harvard. “A lot of big people were around him. Nobody ever talks about them.”

Trump reminded the reporter that while Epstein frequently invited Palm Beach elites to his private island, he was one of the few who turned him down. “In one of my very good moments, I turned it down. I didn’t want to go.”

His comments echo what even Ghislaine Maxwell has admitted. While she acknowledged Trump and Epstein knew each other socially, she confirmed that Trump was never close to Epstein. Contrast that with Bill Clinton, whose repeated flights on Epstein’s jet and trips to “St. James’ Island” remain one of the most glaringly ignored scandals in modern American politics.

The bottom line? Trump is right: if the Deep State had real dirt on him, they’d have used it long ago. The Epstein files are just the latest recycled smear campaign. The real scandal lies with the Clintons, their allies, and the elites who partied with Epstein while turning a blind eye to his crimes.
