The Trump Administration is going to war — not just against illegal immigration, but against the radical activist judges who are now openly defying the highest court in the land. At the center of the firestorm is newly installed Massachusetts U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy — a far-left judicial activist handpicked by Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey and rammed through confirmation by Senate Democrats just weeks before President Trump retook office.
Now, Judge Murphy is attempting a stunning act of judicial defiance: ignoring a 6–3 Supreme Court ruling that gives the Trump Administration the green light to deport criminal illegal aliens to third countries — without unnecessary hearings and delays.
Appearing Monday night on Fox News, Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller sounded the alarm and promised action. “This is an incredible victory,” Miller said, referring to the recent SCOTUS ruling. “It allows President Trump — as the law has long made clear, though activist courts blocked it — to deport illegal aliens convicted of rape, murder, crimes against children, and more, to any country that will accept them.”
And Miller didn’t sugarcoat who these deportations will target: the worst of the worst — violent felons and predators. “Whether it be South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia — any country willing to take these monsters, we can finally remove them and be free of them forever,” he declared.
But rather than celebrating the Supreme Court’s clear guidance, Judge Murphy decided to stage what Miller is calling a “communist coup” from the bench. Instead of upholding the ruling, Murphy has issued his own order attempting to block deportations from Boston — a direct rebuke of the rule of law and the Constitution.
Miller promised swift and dramatic consequences. “Expect fireworks tomorrow,” he told Sean Hannity. “We’re going to hold this rogue judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court. This is not how a constitutional republic works — this is radical insubordination.”
He doubled down on X, warning that the judiciary has been infiltrated by partisan operatives acting like revolutionaries rather than jurists. “A Boston judge openly defying and nullifying a Supreme Court order is a radical escalation of the communist coup taking place within the judiciary,” Miller posted.
The issue has touched a nerve among conservatives who are fed up with unelected judges running interference for the radical left. Journalist Julie Kelly noted the broader problem: “These Democrat judges don’t care what SCOTUS says. They’ll advance their anti-Trump crusade come hell or high water.”
She went on to expose how Murphy — a political lightweight with no business on the federal bench — was confirmed even after Trump’s 2024 victory, a final parting gift from the Biden regime and their Senate enablers. “He was confirmed after Trump won. He’s a lightweight but an effective activist,” Kelly said.
Now the question remains: will SCOTUS and the Trump Administration hold the line? One thing is certain — if Judge Murphy thinks he can sabotage Trump’s America First immigration agenda and get away with it, he’s in for a rude awakening.
