All of God’s creatures, both large and tiny, are blessings to all of us in every corner of the globe.
Our story takes place on the exotic Indonesian island of Java and involves an adorable cat sprawled out on a cemetery stone.
A young man by the name of Keli Keningau Prayitno, happened to be walking by the cemetery and noticed something else that day that caused him to pause in his tracks.
The lonely cat began letting out a loud, what sounded like a painful meowing.
As Prayitno moved closer to the feline, he figured she was hungry and homeless. So, he later returned with food for the cat. The next day, Prayitno walked by the cemetery once again and was alerted to that loud almost wailing sound coming from his feline friend. Once again, he tried to get a little closer to the sad cat which was sprawled out on the gravestone.
She appeared to be decently fed. He returned a third day and decided he would take the sad creature home to live with him. That seemed okay, until the feline went outdoors and took off again for the cemetery.
Prayitno decided to do a little reporter’s investigating, and what he discovered was heart-breaking. The cat’s owner had passed away, and the poor feline was alone and missing her wonderful master.
The pet had returned to the grave each day, meowing for her owner. That only proves the immense loyalty and love animals have for their owners.
