TikTok user Polska Babinks recently encountered a shocking incident in Paris, France on an evening out – she was denied service simply because of her attire! Although many assumed that such dress code violations were only prevalent in America, it turns out they are even enforced in the more liberal nation of France. Despite displaying exposed cleavage which is considered much freer by French standards, Polska still found herself unable to enjoy dinner at the restaurant.

“My friend Tootatis and I were prevented from entering this restaurant because of our cleavage,” Babinks transcribed the French language and translated it into English, which was used as text on top of the video.

In her risqué ensemble, Babinks flaunted her voluptuous cleavage and toned legs in a bright pink get-up. Fittingly, the miniskirt showcased just how daring of an outfit it was according to the restaurant staff who reacted negatively to them. In stark contrast, Babinks’ friend sported red ribbons around her knees and elbows overtop a classic all-black look. After being posted on TikTok following its occurrence at the Parisian eatery, this video went viral for all its sultry vibes!

The sensational TikTok video has gained over 3.6 million views and continues to attract more viewers as they seek to understand why that one restaurant in Paris denied entry for the glamorous twosome, who were merely dressed to impress on their night out.

In the now-viral TikTok video, a young woman wearing an alluring ensemble argues with the suspected owner of a Parisian restaurant over her right to dine in their establishment. Despite having ample cleavage on display, she is adamant that she should be allowed to stay and enjoy her meal.

The viral video was subtitled “A neckline = No restaurants,” translated from the native French of the young woman.

The occurrence has created a fierce dialogue among Paris high society, including celebrities. Numerous individuals took the restaurant owner’s side due to the fact that they felt Babinks’ apparel was too revealing for an upscale dinner.

“Where’s the scandal? He doesn’t want bare b**bs in his restaurant,” TV host Benjamin Castaldi said.

“This is not a feminist struggle! Very few women see themselves in you,” columnist Danielle Moreau stated.

According to Producer Guillaume Genton, he has seldom observed “human beings as stupid” as Babinks and their other female partner in the widely-shared TikTok video filmed on the streets of France.

“Congrats to the manager for his cool temper,” one user said.

Countless other users shared their perspectives on the matter in the comments section of TikTok.

“It’s funny, since the release of this video, this restaurateur has had a lot of success. And that’s good,” another person said.

“Legally a restaurant has the right to refuse a customer if he does not respect the internal rules of the establishment,” another stated.

Taking the side of the restaurant owner, another viewer commented: “It’s not a nightclub it’s a restaurant it’s totally normal that he doesn’t accept it’s not a striptease bar.”
