It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Denise Russo, a beloved TV star who captivated audiences on VH1’s “The X-Life,” at age 44 due to undisclosed causes.

On Sunday, law enforcement officials informed TMZ that the actress was reportedly found unconscious on her friend’s apartment floor in San Diego.

Despite the valiant efforts of first responders, Russo was unfortunately pronounced dead moments later.

Although the precise cause of her death is uncertain, drug-related objects were allegedly discovered at the crime scene.

At the time of her passing, Russo’s friend and former co-star Susie Stenberg shared with us that Russo had been living out of her car, and contacted Stenberg just one night before to tell her how much she loved her.

Stenberg painted a vivid portrait of Denise as “the most loving and loyal person.”

The San Diego Police Department has launched an inquiry into the cause of Russo’s demise.

Obscurity surrounds the reality star, who is known for her role on VH1’s 2011 hit show “The X-Life,” which followed three couples as they navigated their way through extreme sports and other aspects of life.

At the time of her show’s air, Russo was in a relationship with pro-skateboarder Pierre-Luc Gagnon and had recently birthed their son. Unfortunately, she and Gagnon were reported to have separated prior to her untimely death.

Up until the days before her passing, Russo had been frequently posting glamorous photographs of herself on Instagram.

Supporters were utterly heartbroken upon hearing the news of her passing. “My angel. I’m sorry for all your pain, be at peace now,” wrote one person.

“I don’t understand. So beautiful. But battling all those demons,” said another. “Had to be awful. No more living in your car. No more using.”
