President Donald Trump delivered a blistering takedown of Minnesota’s Democrat leadership and the state’s growing crisis of fraud and radicalism, unloading on Gov. Tim Walz, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and the massive welfare abuses tied to Minnesota’s Somali immigrant population. The president’s remarks, sharp as ever, reflected the growing outrage among Americans watching their tax dollars evaporate into fraud schemes while Democrat officials look the other way.

Trump began by torching Gov. Tim Walz — the failed Democratic vice-presidential pick whom half of Minnesota now views as an embarrassment. Trump didn’t mince words.

“Walz is a grossly incompetent man. There’s something wrong with him,” Trump said, noting how Walz allowed Minnesota to become a hub for mass migration from Somalia — a country Trump bluntly described as “barely a country” plagued by chaos, corruption, and violence.

Under Walz, Trump argued, Minnesota has been transformed from a peaceful Midwestern state into the epicenter of massive welfare fraud and extremist rhetoric. Trump’s comments come as multiple investigations, including federal prosecutions, have uncovered staggering fraud schemes tied to Minnesota-based nonprofits with connections to the Somali diaspora.

Then came Trump’s evisceration of Rep. Ilhan Omar — the face of the radical Squad and perhaps the most controversial figure in Congress.

“I don’t know her personally,” Trump said. “But I watch her. She’s spent years complaining about our Constitution. Complaining about America. Complaining about everything. She hates Jewish people. She hates everybody. She’s a terrible person.”

Trump has long been a critic of Omar, pointing to her anti-police rhetoric, her hostility toward Israel, and her endless attacks on America while enjoying the freedoms and prosperity the country provided her as an immigrant. For millions of Americans, Omar embodies the worst of the far-left agenda: entitlement, resentment, and open disdain for the nation that gave her refuge.

Turning to the shocking level of fraud uncovered in Minnesota’s Somali community, Trump did not hold back.

“They ripped off that state for billions,” Trump said, referencing the Feeding Our Future scandal, in which Somali-run nonprofits stole over a billion dollars in taxpayer funds meant for feeding low-income children. “They contribute nothing. The welfare is like 88%.”

For Trump, the issue isn’t about immigration — it’s about importing corruption. And the numbers back him up. Minnesota state workers themselves said last month that Tim Walz ignored repeated warnings and even retaliated against whistleblowers who tried to expose the fraud.

Trump made it clear: America shouldn’t tolerate groups who come here and immediately exploit the system.

“I don’t want them in our country,” he said. “Politically correct or not — I don’t care.”

Returning to Omar, Trump blasted her for her constant grievances.

“Ilhan Omar is garbage,” he said. “She came from nothing, from hell, and instead of gratitude she complains nonstop.”

Finishing with a fiery flourish, Trump summed up what millions of fed-up Americans are thinking:

“They came to paradise and complain it’s not good enough. If they don’t like it, let them go back and fix the country they came from.”

With growing unrest in Minnesota, historic fraud, and rising radicalism, Trump’s remarks hit a nerve — and delivered a message the political class has avoided for far too long.
