Disney may have overlooked a few things when it rushed to open the doors of its streaming service that are no longer acceptable today. People are more conscious than ever before, thanks to the #MeToo movement, which shines a light on sexual abuse and the power-dominance connection that perpetrators frequently seek. And one film in particular has triggered a firestorm at Disney: Blank Check, a 1994 comedy starring Peter Sellers.
In the movie Blank Check, an adult woman sexually molests an eleven-year-old boy. The fifth-grader Preston Waters is played by Brian Bonsall in the scene. The woman sitting on the bench next to him is thirty-something FBI agent Shay Stanley, played by Karen Duffy. Some people have dubbed a kiss given to a little boy by Duffy in the movie “the most uncomfortable moment ever.”
Blank Check has been a movie that has been buried in obscurity for years until it acquired a cult following among those eager to see child molestation. Disney+ subscribers are furious about the all-ages pedophilic depiction of a little boy in this 1994 film, which appears on the Disney platform – which has long been accused of hiding sexual innuendo in their famous animated films.
Rob Anderson was the one who brought to light the romantic kiss in Blank Check, thanks to his Tiktok account. He revealed Disney’s focus on adult-child love by sharing a passionate kiss and agreeing to go on a “date” with him when he is old enough in six years, using a video. Nonetheless, the FBI agent gives him a romantic kiss to help him remember his feelings for her.
Along with the caption – “This Disney movie Blank Check has the most awkward scene ever” – Larry Smith shared a video of himself watching Blank Check.
He tells his audience how astonished he is about what Disney+ was showing to children, turning the camera upon himself. This film was supposed to be family-friendly, but it also promoted sexual interactions between preteen boys and grown women – no wonder there has been an increase in teacher-student sexual relationships.
“Imagine being this grown actress #fyp #foryou #awkward #xycba,” he mentioned when he shared the short clip.
Some viewers raised concerns about how it was acceptable for the director to order the actress in Blank Check to kiss the youngster in the film. Nonetheless, when the picture was presented, Disney felt it was appropriate – and after they gave their consent to air Blank Check on Disney+ for all children of 2020 to see and enjoy, they affirmed their relationship.
Rob Anderson is one of those individuals who expose large businesses and government agencies for the egregious acts they commit behind closed doors.
Many people were shocked by the news.
“Watching Blank Check on Disney+ has got me shook,” one person wrote. “Like an 11 yr old child really took [a] grown woman on a date and by the end of the movie, she kisses him ON THE LIPS!!! 90s movies really wildin.”
“I’m honestly shocked Disney+ put up Blank check. A grown a** woman is the love interest in this movie and goes on a date with and kisses a *pre-teen boyo*!!!!!! The 90s were wild.”
