The political winds in South Carolina are shifting—and not in favor of longtime establishment Republican Senator Lindsey Graham. A new poll shows that the state’s Republican base is fed up with the D.C. double-talking, war-hawk RINO, and they’re ready to replace him with a true America First conservative who will stand shoulder to shoulder with President Trump.

According to a **Pulse Opinion Research** poll released May 27, 2025, an overwhelming **57% of South Carolina Republican primary voters** say they would *not* vote for Graham “if the election were held today.” That’s not just a warning shot—it’s a five-alarm fire for the senior senator whose grip on power appears to be slipping fast.

Graham, who has a long history of cozying up to establishment Democrats while paying lip service to conservative values back home, is now being directly challenged by **Mark Lynch**, a MAGA-aligned, God-fearing businessman who isn’t afraid to speak the truth about the D.C. swamp.

Lynch officially launched his campaign on February 5 and hasn’t pulled a single punch since.

In an interview with **Fox Carolina**, Lynch blasted Graham for betraying President Trump and the conservative movement. “He kept his mouth shut while Republicans in the Senate pushed the Russia Hoax,” Lynch said. “He has spent decades pushing fraud, waste, and abuse through his pet projects at USAID, funding nonsense abroad while Americans suffer at home.”

And Lynch isn’t alone in his criticisms. According to **Breitbart**, a majority of South Carolina voters describe themselves as “dissatisfied” with Graham, and **43% say they’re already supporting Lynch**—a shocking number this early in the race.

Lynch also called out Graham’s failure to fully support the border wall and his disgraceful comments blaming President Trump for the January 6th incident—parroting Democrat talking points while the conservative base demanded real leadership.

“South Carolina deserves a fighter,” Lynch declared. “A God-fearing conservative businessman who will battle alongside President Trump against the evil gripping Washington. Lindsey Graham has had three decades to show us who he is—and he’s shown us that he’s not on our side.”

In perhaps the most damning moment of his announcement, Lynch called Graham “a traitorous, back-stabbing flip-flopper who pretends to put America First when an election is near,” saying, “He’s been working for the enemy the whole time.”

Graham’s open hostility toward the MAGA movement has not gone unnoticed. After Graham called the idea of pardoning J6 defendants “inappropriate,” President Trump didn’t mince words. Speaking to **Newsmax’s Rob Schmitt**, Trump said, “Lindsey’s a nice guy, but he’s a RINO. Lindsey’s wrong. He doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.”

For a Republican senator in a deeply red, pro-Trump state, that’s political suicide.

South Carolina voters are clearly done with the weak-kneed, double-speaking games of D.C. insiders. They want bold America First leadership, and Mark Lynch appears ready to deliver. If this poll is any indication, Lindsey Graham may finally be on his way out—and not a moment too soon.
