Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee with a record of obstructing Trump’s immigration agenda, is now under intense scrutiny after it was revealed that his daughter works for a radical NGO that helps defend illegal immigrants—including violent gang members like MS-13.
Internet sleuths uncovered that Boasberg’s daughter, Katherine Boasberg, is employed by a group called Partners in Justice, a non-governmental organization that’s not just pro-illegal immigration—it’s knee-deep in it. The group has received more than $3.3 million in grants from USAID—your tax dollars at work—to fund legal defense for illegal aliens, including some of the most violent criminals pouring across our southern border.
To make matters worse, this isn’t just some background connection. Katherine’s organization conveniently scrubbed all references to her from their site right after her father was assigned a high-profile case in which he moved to halt the Trump administration’s deportation of Venezuelan gang members. That’s not just suspicious—it’s blatant.
According to the official Code of Conduct for United States Judges, judges must step aside when their impartiality could “reasonably be questioned.” And here we have a judge ruling in favor of violent illegals while his daughter’s employer profits from keeping them in the country. That’s not just a bad look—it’s judicial corruption, plain and simple.
The scandal exploded on social media, where patriots voiced what the corporate media refuses to acknowledge. One post called out the obvious lawfare at play:
