President Donald Trump lit up social media this weekend with a searing takedown of one of the far-left’s loudest—and least impressive—mouthpieces: Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX). Known more for her antics than her intellect, Crockett has made waves in D.C. for all the wrong reasons—and now she’s getting the attention she asked for, but probably not the kind she wanted.
In a recent interview, President Trump didn’t hold back, calling out the Texas Democrat’s erratic behavior and lack of substance. “They have a new person named Crockett,” Trump said. “I watched her speak the other day. She’s definitely a low IQ person, and they said she’s the future of the party.”
The remark hit a nerve—and Crockett’s meltdown was swift. Taking to social media in an emotional tirade, she snapped, “Every time you say my name, you’re reminding the world that you’re terrified of smart, bold Black women telling the truth and holding you accountable.”
Except, the facts say otherwise.
Crockett’s track record isn’t exactly something to brag about. In just a short time in Congress, she’s gained notoriety for threatening Sen. Ted Cruz, reportedly assaulting a journalist, and prioritizing race-based hiring over merit in legislation that put Americans’ safety at risk—especially in critical sectors like air traffic control.
And while Crockett plays the race-and-gender card to shield herself from legitimate criticism, Americans aren’t buying it. Her X (formerly Twitter) post was instantly met with a flood of biting rebukes.
For you to be in charge of the WHOLE country, you sure do have my name in your mouth a lot.
Every time you say my name, you’re reminding the world that you’re terrified of smart, bold Black women telling the truth and holding you accountable.
So keep talking… https://t.co/c9C9bWAPpA

“There’s nothing smart about you, Jasmine Crockett,” one user responded. “You’re a DEI hire thug who talks like a criminal and physically assaults journalists.” Others mocked her inflated sense of self-importance, with one user asking sarcastically, “Is the smart, bold black woman in the room with us right now, Jasmine?”
Another user laid out a damning rebuke, calling attention to Crockett’s under-the-radar push for race-based hiring in aviation. “YOU risked our National Security & the lives of Americans by ‘sneaking in’ legislation that ensured people were hired based on the color of their skin,” the user wrote. “YOU need to be investigated & held accountable.”
This is the modern Democrat Party in action—loud, divisive, obsessed with identity politics, and completely incapable of taking real criticism. Instead of defending her record or engaging in policy debate, Crockett hid behind tired progressive slogans and virtue signals.
Meanwhile, Trump—ever the straight shooter—pointed out what many Americans are already thinking: if Jasmine Crockett is the future of the Democratic Party, that future looks a lot like chaos, incompetence, and taxpayer-funded temper tantrums.
The contrast couldn’t be clearer. One side is serious about restoring law, order, and merit. The other is busy shouting on social media while dodging accountability. Thankfully, President Trump isn’t afraid to call it like it is—and the American people are listening.
