After years of whispers, lawsuits, and calls for accountability, justice may finally be catching up with one of George Soros’s most notorious associates. Howard Rubin, the 70-year-old former Wall Street financier often described as Soros’s “right-hand man,” was indicted on September 26, 2025, along with his assistant Jennifer Powers, on charges of sex trafficking and transporting women for commercial sex acts.

Rubin’s résumé is straight out of the globalist elite playbook. He worked as a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management from 2008 to 2015, overseeing mortgage-backed securities in the wake of the financial crash. Before that, he gained infamy in the 1987 Merrill Lynch trading scandal, chronicled in Michael Lewis’s *Liar’s Poker*. Now, federal prosecutors allege that behind the scenes, Rubin was spending millions to fund a sadistic sex-trafficking ring that left a trail of broken lives.

According to the indictment, Rubin and Powers recruited women from 2009 through 2019 for sordid encounters in luxury hotels and Rubin’s lavish Manhattan penthouse, which featured a fully equipped “sex dungeon.” Far from consensual escapades, prosecutors say these encounters often turned violent, leaving women with lasting physical injuries and deep psychological scars.

Joseph Nocella Jr., U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, didn’t mince words: “As alleged, the defendants used Rubin’s wealth to mislead and recruit women to engage in commercial sex acts, where Rubin then tortured women beyond their consent, causing lasting physical and/or psychological pain.” He added that the arrests prove “no one who engages in sex trafficking is above the law.”

The disturbing details paint a picture of a man who believed his money and connections would shield him from accountability. FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christopher G. Raia noted Rubin and Powers allegedly spent over $1 million financing a nationwide trafficking network. “The defendants allegedly exploited Rubin’s status to ensnare their prospective victims and forced them to endure unthinkable physical trauma before silencing any outcries with threats of legal recourse,” Raia said.

IRS Special Agent Harry T. Chavis went further, describing how Rubin allegedly transformed his penthouse into a soundproof chamber of horrors filled with BDSM equipment, including devices designed to shock or electrocute women. “This was not a one-man show,” Chavis emphasized. “While Rubin dehumanized these women with abhorrent sexual acts, Powers is alleged to have run the day-to-day operations of the enterprise and got paid generously for her efforts.”

For years, Rubin avoided serious consequences despite multiple civil suits accusing him of similar abuse. That protection likely came from his powerful connections—connections that trace directly back to George Soros. The very same Soros network that bankrolls left-wing prosecutors, pushes soft-on-crime policies, and undermines America’s justice system now faces the embarrassment of seeing one of its closest allies exposed as a predator.

The indictment of Rubin is more than a personal downfall; it’s a reminder of how deeply corruption and decadence run among the globalist elite. As ordinary Americans suffer under rising crime, open borders, and economic turmoil, the so-called “masters of the universe” live above the law—until they finally get caught.
