The Democrat Party’s internal cracks are widening — and this time, it’s an all-out clash between blue-collar Pennsylvanian Senator John Fetterman and far-left darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The latest dust-up? Fetterman dared to speak the truth about the violent, anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles — and AOC couldn’t handle it.

On Capitol Hill, when asked by a reporter about Fetterman’s call for Democrats to condemn left-wing rioters, Ocasio-Cortez launched into an unhinged tirade — not against the mobs causing chaos in the streets, but against *Immigration and Customs Enforcement* (ICE), the very agency tasked with enforcing our immigration laws. Rather than stand up for law and order, AOC went full radical, branding ICE as “one of the most lawbreaking agencies” in America.

You read that right. While Los Angeles burns and law enforcement officers are under attack, AOC’s concern isn’t the safety of American citizens or the rule of law. No — she’s worried about criminals being deported. Her priorities are as backwards as ever.

“Senator Fetterman said that your party loses the moral high ground when you refuse to condemn the violence that we’re seeing in L.A.,” a reporter asked her. A perfect opportunity for a responsible leader to denounce the chaos. But not AOC.

Instead, she stuck to the tired leftist script: “I mean, I think we should absolutely condemn the violence of ripping apart families, of ICE breaking the law,” she said, bizarrely suggesting that ICE officers — not the violent protesters — are the real problem. She even claimed ICE is “rounding up U.S. citizens and documented people,” echoing fringe conspiracy theories rather than offering a single shred of evidence.

She then pivoted, unsurprisingly, to attacking President Trump. “We also have a convicted felon in the White House as well,” she sneered — once again calling for his impeachment, this time over his strong military response to Iranian aggression. AOC, it seems, would rather play defense for America’s enemies than support a commander-in-chief protecting American interests.

But Fetterman wasn’t about to let the Bronx socialist go unchallenged. In a Fox News interview, the Pennsylvania senator flatly shut down AOC’s impeachment nonsense: “Of course, no \[he should not be impeached]. She knows it. I know it. We all know it.” He pointed out the obvious — Trump has already been impeached twice, and yet here he is, still president, still leading.

“I don’t think bringing up impeachment is helpful,” Fetterman added, signaling once again that he’s not on board with the squad’s far-left theatrics.

This isn’t the first time Fetterman has butted heads with the progressive wing of his party, but his willingness to stand up and call out AOC’s extremism — especially when it comes to ICE and national security — is a rare moment of clarity from a Democrat.

While AOC continues to rage against the very institutions that keep our country safe, Fetterman — for now — appears to be one of the few in his party willing to put country over radical politics.

The bigger question is this: how long will Democrats like Fetterman be tolerated by a party increasingly beholden to the activist mob? And how long will Americans have to endure dangerous rhetoric that sides with rioters over the rule of law?

One thing is clear — the Democratic Party’s civil war is far from over, and it’s only getting uglier.
