Democrats spent years weaponizing the Epstein scandal to smear President Trump—but now that House Republicans are demanding real accountability, Bill and Hillary Clinton are suddenly nowhere to be found. And Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is calling them out in blistering fashion.
Luna revealed that both Clintons were formally subpoenaed to testify before the House Oversight Committee regarding their connections to Jeffrey Epstein—along with former Attorneys General Merrick Garland and Bill Barr. The committee also subpoenaed the DOJ directly for previously withheld documents.
But instead of cooperating, the Clintons simply refused to show up.
Luna blasted the stunt immediately:
“Bill and Hillary Clinton are refusing to appear before House Oversight for their depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Notice how House Democrats suddenly have nothing to say about it.”
That silence, Luna argues, speaks volumes. Democrats were more than happy to cherry-pick Epstein documents to manufacture baseless smears against Trump—but when it’s time to examine *their own* long-established ties to the deceased predator, the moral outrage evaporates.
Appearing on Fox News, Luna made clear she has no patience for double standards:
“I don’t think there should be any accommodations made for these people. They did a whole lot worse to President Trump and everyone around him. They should be required to come in at the convenience of Congress.”
Republicans, Luna emphasized, aren’t playing political games—they’re working to expose a sprawling network of intelligence and foreign power entanglements surrounding Epstein. In a detailed social media post, she noted that witness attorneys identified troubling links to Saudi Arabia, Russia, Israel, and even a former CIA director—ties that raise far more serious questions than anything Democrats have ever alleged about Trump.
Luna wrote:
“This is an extensive and expansive investigation. The end goal is not only justice for the victims but also to make criminal referrals to the DOJ.”
She also reminded the public that Democrats cynically used partial releases of Epstein records to push a false narrative about Trump—despite the fact that Epstein’s victims have repeatedly testified he never harmed them and despite zero evidence of wrongdoing.
As Luna bluntly put it:
“Some used the Epstein files to smear President Trump instead of bringing justice to the victims. It’s super gross. I look forward to continued investigations. They deserve justice.”
Now, with the Clintons dodging subpoenas and Democrats pretending not to notice, it’s clearer than ever why House Republicans took control of the investigation. The American people deserve transparency—and the victims deserve truth, not partisan cover-ups.
The question remains:
If Bill and Hillary Clinton have nothing to hide, why are they refusing to testify?
House Republicans don’t intend to let them escape accountability this time.
