The radical left’s war on success and free enterprise has taken yet another dark turn—this time with Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) seemingly threatening both Tesla and its owner, Elon Musk, for daring to clean up government waste under President Trump’s administration. But former Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi isn’t letting this slide, warning Crockett to “tread very carefully” after her reckless comments.

At the center of the controversy is a call Rep. Crockett participated in with an extremist activist group calling itself “Tesla Takedown.” While the organization claims to be a “peaceful protest platform,” its primary goal is to encourage Tesla owners and investors to dump their cars and shares in an effort to financially damage the company and, by extension, punish Musk for his role in Trump’s administration.

But Crockett took things a step further. During the call, she made what many are interpreting as a direct threat against Musk, stating, “On March 29, it’s my birthday. All I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down.”

That comment has sparked alarm, given that the so-called “Global Day of Action” planned by these activists could quickly spiral into the kind of violent street chaos America saw in 2020, when radical leftist mobs caused billions in damage across major cities.

Crockett then doubled down, suggesting that the only way to “send a message” to Musk and those in government who support him is through financial attacks, saying, “I have learned, as I serve on the DOGE Oversight committee, that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money.”

Realizing how her comments sounded, the radical Democrat later tried to cover her tracks, insisting that her movement is “peaceful” and that her call for Musk to be “taken down” wasn’t meant in a violent way. “We know that we are peaceful, loving people, and this is not about violence,” she claimed.

But former AG Bondi wasn’t buying it. Speaking with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, Bondi exposed the dangerous rhetoric coming from Rep. Crockett, calling her out for her reckless comments.

“Maria, now you have this congresswoman Crockett—who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday?! Let’s take him out on my birthday, she said?!” Bondi said, incredulous at the remarks.

She then warned that Crockett’s attempts to backtrack wouldn’t protect her from scrutiny, adding, “And yet she turns and says, ‘Oh, I’m not calling for violence.’ Well, she is an elected public official, and so she needs to tread very carefully!”

Bondi then made it clear that threats against Musk, Tesla, and its owners will not be tolerated, vowing that the Department of Justice will take any potential acts of domestic terrorism seriously.

“Because nothing will happen to Elon Musk, and we’re going to fight to protect all of the Tesla owners throughout this country. And, it’s basic safety. Once again, domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country.”

Once again, the left’s mask is slipping. Their so-called “peaceful activism” is laced with threats, intimidation, and economic sabotage—all because a successful businessman refuses to bow to their radical agenda. Thankfully, conservatives are fighting back.
