In yet another example of judicial overreach, radical leftist Judge James Boasberg is facing intense criticism after attempting to block the Trump administration’s efforts to deport dangerous Venezuelan and Salvadoran gang members. These criminals, including members of the ruthless Tren de Aragua and MS-13, were set to be transferred to El Salvador, where President Nayib Bukele has been successfully cracking down on gang violence by holding them in CECOT, the country’s high-security mega-prison.
Attorney General Pam Bondi didn’t hold back in her response, blasting Boasberg for his interference in America’s national security policies. Speaking to Fox News, Bondi made it clear that the Trump administration would not allow an activist judge to dictate immigration enforcement or foreign policy.
“This is an out-of-control judge, a federal judge, trying to control our entire foreign policy, and he cannot do it,” Bondi declared. “He dragged us into court on a Saturday without any notice, and now he’s continuing these hearings, demanding national security information that he has absolutely no right to.”
Boasberg, whom President Trump has accurately called a “Radical Left Lunatic,” attempted to use the Alien Enemies Act to halt these deportations. But Trump, always one step ahead, found a legal workaround—leaving the activist judge fuming.
Bondi made it clear that the administration would not back down, promising to fight this outrageous ruling in court. “We are appealing. We will be in court on Monday again. We will win. We will prevail. There are 261 reasons why Americans are safer today, and that’s because those people are now in an El Salvador prison. We are going to follow the law, and we are going to protect Americans,” she said.
She also pointed out the obvious: Americans are fed up with the Democrats’ disastrous immigration policies. “There is a reason why Biden’s approval rating is plummeting because of the border,” Bondi noted. “There is a reason why the current Democrat approval rating is at 29%. People want to be safe. This is President Trump’s agenda—to keep Americans safe.”
While Boasberg now seems eager to protect violent illegal immigrants, he has a well-documented history of pushing for harsher penalties—not against criminals, but against patriotic Americans who protested on January 6th.
A viral social media post exposed Boasberg’s own words from a 2023 speech, where he lamented that existing laws weren’t severe enough to punish J6 defendants as harshly as he wanted. “🚨🇺🇸 ACTIVIST JUDGE BOASBERG CLAIMED J6 DEFENDANTS DESERVED HARSHER CHARGES — CALLED FOR ‘NEW LAWS’ TO PUNISH THEM,” the post read.
The account quoted Boasberg admitting, “There’s a lot of law still to be made.” He whined that there was no specific statute making it a crime to “storm the Capitol and interfere with certification,” which meant that many J6 defendants were only charged with misdemeanors like “parading or picketing.” In other words, he was upset that he couldn’t invent new crimes after the fact to lock up peaceful protesters for longer sentences—clear evidence of his left-wing bias from the bench.

While the radical left continues to manipulate the legal system to protect criminals and punish conservatives, President Trump and his administration remain focused on making America safe again. As Bondi rightly put it, “It’s basic public safety. Get these people out of our country as fast as we can. They’re not immigrants. They’re illegal aliens who are committing the most violent crimes you can imagine on Americans … we are going to continue to make America safe again because that’s President Trump’s agenda.”
America has a choice: let activist judges like Boasberg dictate our immigration policies or stand behind a president who is actually willing to do what it takes to protect the country. The fight isn’t over, and neither is Trump’s mission to secure the border and keep dangerous criminals out of American communities.
