President Trump’s bold move to defund lawless “sanctuary cities” just hit a brick wall—not because it lacked legal merit, but because it ran into a left-wing activist wearing a judge’s robe. U.S. District Judge William Orrick, sitting comfortably in San Francisco’s progressive stronghold, issued an injunction blocking Trump’s executive order aimed at withholding federal funds from cities that openly defy federal immigration law.

The decision, predictably applauded by the left, drew immediate fire from conservatives who pointed out that Orrick isn’t just any judge—he’s a long-time Democrat donor, fundraiser, and party insider. In short, the man pretending to be an impartial legal authority is, by all appearances, a partisan foot soldier in a black robe.

Conservative commentator and tech entrepreneur Rod D. Martin took to X (formerly Twitter) with a blistering exposé, declaring, “BREAKING: The judge who blocked Trump’s sanctuary city order has DEEP Democratic ties that’ll make your jaw drop.” That thread has now garnered over 760,000 views, and for good reason: the receipts are damning.

Martin, citing federal records and coverage from Fox News, revealed that Judge Orrick has personally donated a jaw-dropping $113,600 to Democrat candidates and committees. That includes $30,800 to Obama’s Victory Fund in 2008. But he didn’t stop at writing checks—he bundled at least $200,000 for Obama’s campaign and helped run Democrat fundraising machines like “Lawyers for Kerry” and “Lawyers for Obama.”

Orrick’s loyalty to the Democrat cause didn’t end when he assumed the bench. In fact, Martin noted the judge “introduced Kamala Harris at fundraisers,” showing just how deep his political connections go. This isn’t the profile of a neutral judge—it’s a career activist rubber-stamped into power by a partisan machine.

And then there’s the Planned Parenthood connection. According to the Center for Medical Progress, Judge Orrick helped found a Planned Parenthood-affiliated clinic, one that allegedly referred women to fetal tissue harvesting programs. That’s right—the same judge who later censored undercover videos exposing the sale of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood had direct ties to the abortion industry.

Even more troubling, CMP alleges that Orrick violated judicial ethics by presiding over cases where he had a financial or professional interest, a serious charge that’s been largely ignored by legacy media.

As Martin summed it up, “This is not an impartial man.” Yet he holds the power to overturn a duly elected president’s attempt to restore law and order. Sanctuary cities openly flout federal immigration law, shielding criminal illegal aliens from deportation and endangering public safety. President Trump sought to hold these jurisdictions accountable. Judge Orrick decided to protect them instead.

And Democrats? They don’t want you to look too closely. They’ll cry “conspiracy theory” while hoping you ignore the mountain of evidence—federal records, donation histories, and personal affiliations that paint a clear picture of partisanship masquerading as justice.

At a time when Americans are demanding border security, national sovereignty, and accountability, one activist judge is once again overriding the will of the people in favor of radical open-border ideology. The question is no longer whether our judiciary is compromised—it’s just how deep the corruption goes.
