In a gut-wrenching revelation that underscores just how deranged the radical left has become, former ICE Director and Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan revealed he’s been forced to live apart from his wife due to escalating death threats from open-border extremists.

In an emotional interview, Homan—who has dedicated his career to enforcing the rule of law and protecting American sovereignty—opened up about the personal cost of doing his job in an era where law enforcement is demonized and criminals are coddled.

“My wife’s living separately from me right now,” Homan said. “Mainly because I work a lot of hours, but mostly because of the death threats against me. She’s someplace else. I see her as much as I can, but the threats against me and my family are outrageous.”

Outrageous doesn’t even begin to describe it. While illegal immigrants are shielded by sanctuary cities and liberal prosecutors, Americans who dare enforce our laws are being targeted, harassed, and driven into hiding. This is the upside-down reality Democrats have created.

The threats against Homan have surged in the wake of President Trump’s renewed focus on mass deportations and border security, especially after a series of immigration enforcement raids in Southern California sparked violent, far-left protests. The anti-ICE movement, once a fringe idea, has now become mainstream among Democrats, some of whom have even threatened to doxx federal agents.

“I had over 1,000 protesters at my home,” Homan shared, recalling an earlier incident. “We’ve got agents being threatened, families being threatened. These people are just doing their jobs—and risking their lives—only to be targeted by unhinged activists and reckless rhetoric from the left.”

He specifically called out members of Congress who openly flirt with the idea of releasing ICE agents’ identities: “You’ve got a member of Congress who says he’s going to identify every ICE agent who’s wearing a mask. That puts lives in danger. Period.”

Despite the threats, Homan hasn’t backed down. When President Trump called and asked him to return as Border Czar, the patriot didn’t hesitate. “I was out to dinner with my wife when my phone rang,” he recalled. “I looked down, and it said ‘POTUS.’ My wife knew—she said, ‘He’s asking you to come back, isn’t he?’”

With a smile, Homan recounted Trump’s words: “‘You’ve been bitching about it for four years. Well, come back and fix it.’ So, how do you say no?”

That’s the kind of leadership and grit America needs right now—not activists throwing bricks at ICE offices, not politicians grandstanding for open borders, and certainly not a DOJ that turns a blind eye to the chaos.

Homan’s story isn’t just a personal tragedy—it’s a wake-up call. If we’re at the point where American officials are being driven from their homes for enforcing immigration law, then we’ve got a serious problem. And that problem isn’t Tom Homan.

It’s the radical left’s war on law, order, and the American way of life.
