In yet another case of “rules for thee, not for me,” far-left Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has been caught living the luxury lifestyle she publicly condemns. Campaign filings reveal that the self-proclaimed “champion of the working class” spent a whopping **$36,717** on **Aline Luxury Limo Services** — yes, limousines — while railing against wealth inequality and corporate greed.
According to Federal Election Commission records, Tlaib’s campaign labeled the extravagant limo bills as “travel expenses,” with individual payments ranging from **$118 to $1,326** each. The spending spree is raising eyebrows — and blood pressure — among taxpayers who remember Tlaib’s fiery speeches about “greedy billionaires” and “excessive CEO pay.”
Just last year, Tlaib joined socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders in introducing the so-called **“Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act,”** a bill designed to punish companies whose executives earn “too much.” At the time, she lectured Americans about the supposed evils of capitalism, saying:
> “Working people are sick and tired of corporate greed. It’s disgraceful that corporations continue to rake in record profits by exploiting the labor of their workers.”

Now, that same “voice for the working class” is racking up limo receipts that would make a Wall Street executive blush.
In the joint statement announcing her anti-CEO bill, Tlaib declared that it was time to “make the rich pay their fair share.” Yet, when it comes to her own behavior, the Michigan Democrat seems perfectly comfortable enjoying the perks of the elite lifestyle she publicly denounces.
The hypocrisy doesn’t stop there. From the backseat of a limousine, Tlaib has had no problem condemning Republican budget proposals as “acts of violence” against low-income families. “Republicans are literally taking food out of the mouths of hungry kids,” she complained, while spending thousands of campaign dollars on luxury transportation that could feed several families for months.
She even went as far as accusing GOP lawmakers of betraying their voters:
> “Every member who voted to pass this disastrous budget betrayed the people they represent to serve the rich and powerful and deserves to be voted out of office.”
Apparently, Tlaib’s definition of “the rich and powerful” doesn’t include limousine-riding politicians who cash in on their taxpayer-funded positions.
This isn’t the first time the radical congresswoman has shown her double standard. During her time in Congress, Tlaib has called Trump’s policies “fascist,” accused ICE agents of “terrorizing communities,” and claimed America was under a “fascist takeover.” Yet she’s the one chauffeured around in private luxury vehicles while lecturing working-class Americans about “equity.”
The same politician who insists “we must stand up to the billionaire class” seems perfectly fine acting like she’s part of it — as long as someone else is footing the bill.
For years, Tlaib has built her brand on outrage — outrage at capitalism, outrage at inequality, outrage at anyone who dares to disagree with her far-left agenda. But this latest revelation shows that her populist persona is nothing more than political theater. Behind the fiery speeches and socialist soundbites lies a career politician living the high life — one limo ride at a time.
So while Rep. Tlaib lectures ordinary Americans about “fairness” and “justice,” remember this: she’s not fighting the system. She’s benefiting from it — in leather seats, tinted windows, and a luxury car paid for by her donors.
Once again, the self-proclaimed champion of the poor proves she has more in common with the limousine liberals she pretends to despise.
