In yet another reminder of why voters soundly rejected her in 2024, former Vice President Kamala Harris is back on the speaking circuit—still unable to grasp why America wanted nothing to do with her presidential ambitions. During a recent interview promoting her new book, *107 Days*, Harris astonishingly claimed that “some people” believe she was *the most qualified person ever* to run for president.

Naturally, the comment triggered an avalanche of ridicule—from everyday Americans to comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan, who absolutely roasted her over the absurd claim.

Harris made the remark during an event at Washington, D.C.’s Warner Theater, where she sat down with left-wing journalist Kara Swisher to discuss her failed 2024 campaign and the chaotic final months of the Biden presidency.

“Some people have actually said I was the most qualified candidate ever to run for president,” Harris bragged.

Even Swisher couldn’t resist poking fun at that level of self-delusion. “I like the ‘some people say,’ very nice,” Swisher quipped, before encouraging Harris to continue.

It didn’t take long for the internet to erupt in laughter, with Joe Rogan leading the charge. On his show with fellow comedian Andrew Schulz, Rogan replayed the moment and tore into Harris’s ego.

“She was on stage with Kara Swisher, and Kara was kind of ragging on her a little bit,” Rogan said. “Kamala goes, ‘Some people said I was the most qualified person to ever run for president.’ Like—who said that? Kara literally asked, ‘Some people said that?’ Like, who?”

Rogan didn’t stop there. He pointed out the obvious—Harris’s resume pales in comparison to those of the actual presidents she ran against or served under. “You’re literally running against a guy who *was already president!*” Rogan exclaimed. “If you’re going based on your resume, you’re not more qualified than Biden. Biden was vice president for eight years!”

Schulz agreed, noting that Harris’s brief Senate career and unpopular tenure as California’s attorney general hardly made her a political heavyweight. “When she went away for a while, people could pretend she was something more,” Schulz said. “But once she came back into the spotlight, that illusion disappeared.”

The conversation turned even more biting when Rogan reminded listeners of one of Harris’s infamous moments as vice president—her scolding 2021 Columbus Day statement, in which she attacked the legacy of European explorers and accused America of having a “shameful past.”

Rogan mocked the sanctimonious tone, saying, “Did you see her Columbus Day message to America? Oh God. It was like, ‘Don’t forget the horrors that the Europeans did.’ Jesus Christ. Scolding everyone again!” Then, with his signature wit, he quipped, “Columbus is the only immigrant they hate.”

It’s not hard to see why Rogan—and millions of Americans—find Harris’s self-importance so laughable. After a presidential campaign that imploded before the first primary vote and a vice presidency defined by incoherence and cackling soundbites, Kamala Harris’s claim to be the “most qualified” candidate ever isn’t just wrong—it’s delusional.

But perhaps her latest comment shouldn’t surprise anyone. After all, for Democrats like Harris, failure is never their fault—it’s just that the rest of America wasn’t smart enough to see their supposed greatness.
