Elle Macpherson, now 55, is an Australian model whose career in fashion started in the 80’s. Her lengthy fashion career begin in New York while she was a teenager. Elle realized quickly that she was different and would stand out from the rest.
Elle Macpherson is a beautiful blonde, who was an avid swimmer back home in her native Australia, that developed broad shoulders, 36 bust and hip, 6 foot model who became an Australian Vogue cover girl who realized early that she would never be as waif thin as other models.
Popular models at the time were between 5’9 and 5’10 which included Iman, Cindy Crawford, and Kim Alexis to name a few. Elle took a chance and flew on her very first one way flight into the US from down under, with nothing more to her name but a few hundred dollars in her pocket. She felt it was a very naive move at the time, but this chance she was taking would open the door to her future to become a successful model.
Elle Macpherson’s nickname is “The Body” and she is working very hard to keep her figure in the shape that it was back during her modeling career. Elle has referred to herself as a morning person who enjoys the quiet calmness of the early morning day break, sun rises, and the warm morning light.
To maintain her unique figure she enjoys fresh celery juice as well as any type of green smoothie with no preference on any particular type of greens. She believes that green smoothies are important.
The gorgeous blonde has two sons with her previous partner Arpad Busson ages Flynn age 21 and Cy age 16.

Elle is able to live differently than she lived when she was younger. Elle and her family enjoy spending time together doing road trips. Her most favorite thing about her sons is being able to go on multiple adventures with them which allows for family bonding time. She feels it brings them closer.
She and her ex partner did not agree with throwing their sons into the public eye, so she refused photographs of her family. Knowing that Vogue would treat her family well, she finally allowed Vogue Australia to get a picture of her and her sons for the cover of the magazine. The magazine issue of Vogue Australia will be available on Monday July, 22.
