Mars is the next frontier for mankind, and there are already numerous drones and camera systems studying the red planet from both its surface and the space beyond.
While the cameras have yet to spot any alien cities or Martian wildlife, they have captured some interesting and strange images. These images not only inspire the imagination of man, but they cast doubt over the idea that Mars is entirely dead.
A lot evidence shows that Mars was once a beautiful and lush landscape featuring flowing rivers and a perfect habitat for life, but what awaits under the surface for man to discover?
A few of the images captured by Martian cameras are particularly noteworthy, including one photo of a perfect spoon that has been spreading around the internet. The spoon had to have been created naturally, but it appears to float above the surface of the planet.
Yet another strange photo includes what many say is a cloaked figure, either a statue from a dead alien race or a living Martian hiding under cloaking technology. A photo of what appears to be a downed UFO has also found attention online.
One of the more bizarre images from the Martian surface is of a circular pattern of columnar rocks that nearly perfectly mirrors Stonehenge on Earth. Some believe the pattern is connected to the Earthbound Stonehenge in some way, and others say it might be an alien gravesite. Lastly, a pyramid has been found on the surface. Only about 10 feet of the pyramid is above the sand, but it might be tremendous.
